You should have all 4 parts downloaded into the same place/folder. Unzip just 1 and it should combine all 4 parts together. Then click on the application executable to play.

I think if you offer him something he will simply ban you. As far as I understand, he bans both advisors and critics equally. And sometimes fans get caught in the crossfire, too.
