I feel like jewelry will be the "cheap" gift because it's so non-specific, while the more expensive one will be something more personal. Maybe a better camera for her blogging?

I don't think it's a camera. It isn't smart to buy one (at least if it isn't the cheapest) as a gift unless the one you're buying it for gives you at least some specifications what he or she is looking for in a camera. Simply "I need one for blogging about fashion" isn't enough at a shop.
What it could be however... No clue to be honest. There are many things that Josy knows what to do with, but many of those are sexual items and I'm pretty sure MC won't give such a thing (if he's at least a bit smart with this) as a Christmas gift.
