Don't be a DIK when you choose to be with MJ in Episode 4. After that, you're free to be as big a DIK as possible. Maya may be a CHICK but Josy seems DIKish.

Therein lies the irony and message of the story; there is no "path" because the game was not made that way. Even Sage has CHICK options later. Which doesn't make sense if she is for a DIK player, and one has permanent DIK status.

Now this sort of works, as you must either punch everyone (e.g. Maya's father, losing the hunt for her contract nonsense which amounts to -4/+4 to either Josy/Maya or Maya/Josy, and her problem gets resolved anyway.) But that defeats the purpose of trying to help Maya. But who cares to the DIK player, since you're on a Sage path? There's always the Neutral option, which ultimately defeats the purpose of the DIK/CHICK system.

As for the story, or main plot...? Where.

I cant do it, I cant not punch tybalt and the asshole roomie and the jocks. They all need ass whoopins!

What we are trying to say, is that Affinity is different than the DIK/Chick status. Play a chick/ with neutral affinity and it is a bit more tolerable. There are 15 major decisions, 11 are needed to “lock in” DIK or Chick status. But, if you mix the balance between them (9 to 6) you can end as DIK or Chick with Neutral Affinity. This allows a little more flexibility in Season 3.
The point is, punch and fight away, but carefully choose enough major chick decisions to end up Chick/Neutral. Then you can (sort of) be a DIK all you want.

Since it'll probably be another year or so before the next release, I wanted to toss a few questions out there, specifically about certain paths.

Is there any way to have a Josy path (or Maya path) without the throuple? I'm assuming not since I tried everything to deny Maya on my attempt to have just a Josy path. Still got the kinky threesome in EP 11.

As unpopular as this may be to many, I did an others path but stayed off Quinn. Is there anything I'm missing out on in Ep 11 as it pertains to her? Do we help her in any way to get revenge on the druggies?

I also stay off Nora. Does a lot change once we find out she's our lab teacher?

Another very unpopular one with many, I also haven't done a Sage route that leads into S3. Am I missing out on anything that we don't already experience with interactions? (besides the lewd scenes, I mean)

Finally, is there any way to do an others path as a CHIK? If not, then our only opportunity for Zoey is a Neutral or DIK, right?

Solo Josy might become reality in Episode 12, but for now you're stuck with Josy too. I mean, Maya

Quinn tells you her backstory, that's it. She has very little stuff during gameplay in 11.

She breaks up with us after the revelation, that might change in 12.

Sage is worth playing into Season 3, just trust me.

You can play Others as CHICK, perfectly viable. You might miss out on some opportunities though.

My phone was going dead. I was going to mention that! I didn’t get a chance to say, there is always URM or console commands. You can always play for story and then cheat to self correct the path you really want.
I’m not sure how much tinkering with status and affinity adversely affects the game though… I know we can course change direction but you can’t really unlock all paths at once, as much as many people would like to. So, I don’t really bother with that anymore, I just live with my choices.

I appreciate the advice from you guys, but im playing true to myself, and it just so happens that most choices i make gives me dik points.

Maybe ill try other paths or to min-max my dik/chick points on a different run.

For now, im just really enjoying the game!

Thank you. It looks like a Sage playthrough is next for me. I think I've covered all my bases now...except for Quinn but if I'm not missing much from 11, then no big deal.
