Buddy and Vinny, because of their willingness to commit brutal crimes, seem both the most dangerous and the most simple-minded. They're essentially just bad guys who do bad things because they're bad guys. Their plot isn't all that interesting, and the ending is predictable.
Magnar is more complicated. We know that the other brotherhoods did indeed bully the nerds, and technically they have reasons to seek revenge. Given the MC past, I suspect Magnar could end up being a friend or an enemy, depending on the player's choices.
Stephen is the most difficult character for me. We still don't know his motivations or how involved he is in Quinn's business. Several questions arise. For example, should Stephen be an enemy at all costs? If the MC has no connection to Quinn, Jade, or the restaurant, why should he care what Steven does? It previously seemed like Maya and her money problems could be a connecting thread, but it seems that storyline has been exhausted. It could also be realized through Sage, but that's also questionable, as Stephen and Jade will likely divorce in the near future, and that would be canon for all paths.
In any case, Stephen is currently a player with his cards closed, and anything can be expected from him. Theoretically, it's even possible he'll turn out to be a good guy, although I don't believe it.
And I'll also add that I largely agree with what was said about Caleb. He's always stood out among the alphas as the only one with at least half a functioning brain. He could very well become a dangerous enemy, one that just might not be enough to defeat in combat.

Disagree about Magnar being the bigger threat. We already know, from the conversation between him and his "right hand man" whose name I can't remember, that his plan hinges on two things: the first one is that Tremolo and Chad shouldn't be able to have a conversation because they hate each other. Magnar assumes that, since Chad treated Tremolo like shit and attacked him earlier, there's no way that they can manage to be civil enough to talk things out and reach an understanding to find out what's really going on.
He's doing essentially the same with the four groups he's pitting against each other (The Diks, Jocks, Dorm girls and Preps). He thinks he's sown enough dissent and created enough bad blood between them (which, by extension, caused fights inside each group) to ensure that there's going to be some kind of conflict so they'll take each other out. He pretty much says this out loud in that conversation that I've mentioned before.
But he doesn't know that Chad and Tremolo are talking and sharing information. He also doesn't know that Tremolo is reaching out to some people (besides Chad, Tara and the other girls, the preps, and he's also becoming friends with Sally) although this depends on the player's choice because you can still be an asshole to all of them.
I think that, eventually, he's going to be caught (and it'll be before Burke, who is the big bad guy imo). Maybe if you manage to get along with everyone it'll be easier.

The last time I wrote that the game would have a final boss, I got laughed at, haha.
First of all, they're Quinn's enemies, not Tremolo's. After all, it's her chess game, and she's the main character here. Remember that chess thing.
Nerd, the final boss? Haha, he's a boy who's been bullied his whole life. Let him hack Sally's ass, oh no, Tremolo will do it first. I'll even add Nora's cat to mock him. They even call him Magnar, like Mage nerd.
Magnar>Mr. Fluffy>Vinny>Dawe (frat wars)>Buddy>Stephen Burke>?
Why is Dawe on this list? A dumb jock with a small penis who Arieth and the entire campus are cheating on? Such a loser has been on the list for 35 years. Not really Dawe , but the enemy fraternities. Tri-Alphas and Snobs.
Magnar's letters will lead to this conflict.
It will be a political war, with intrigue and alliances with characters. And it will be influenced by important decisions the player has made previously. For example, whether to let the three snobs into the party or kick out Penny and Kylie.
After Magnar is no longer president, it's unclear what will happen to the Tri-Betas. And they don't even have a home of their own
Maybe I'll write a more detailed post about the fraternity war later.This is the order because the more we learn about the antagonist, the sooner they'll be finished.
We already know everything about Magnar, but MC doesn't. This will be the beginning of Episode 12, maybe even right after the hospital scene (I wonder if we'll see Leah, the nurse from the last game, there).
Once we've dealt with Magnar, we must find clues that will lead us to Stephen's villainy. Conflict with Stephen, episode 14. Vinny 12. Buddy 13. Then there's the epilogue without enemies.
Although it doesn't matter. The game will never come out. I'm not going to wait until 2030+. Ten years to develop one novel with that many Patreons is ridiculous.
I wrote about Buddy and Vinny in the post pinned in my signature.
We discussed Magnar a week ago. We came to the conclusion that Sally will give away all his plans and that will be the end of him.
Their friend Mick will most likely be arrested, and Vinny and Buddy will get away with it. Vinny is lower in the hierarchy than Buddy, so it'll be Vinny first, then Buddy. We've even seen him twice, but not Buddy yet. It was Buddy who framed James (Bella's husband) by poisoning Roxx, and we'll get revenge on him either with Quinn or JilliBella. It'll be a DIK/CHICK choice.
Stephen will interfere with Quinn's business. Selling Mona to Stephen for a scholarship didn't work out. We saw her angry leaving his office when Bella invited MC to yoga. And he called some girl when he found out Maya was offered free tuition.
We don't yet know what will make him an antagonist for MC. He could have done something bad to Sage's mother, but he used to be just an office clerk. Perhaps he'll simply be involved in the ending with Jade if the video gets leaked.

Magnar reminds me of Baelish from Game of Thrones. He wants to pit everyone against everyone, but he has no plan in case his involvement becomes known.

Good question, brother. I think it would be Stephen, because he is one of the most powerful people in the entire campus. It seems that he doesn't have much contact with MC directly for now, but...
Being Sage's father, this SOB is obsessed with Bella, meanwhile, the fact that he is collaborating with Quinn's restraunt, leads to ruin Maya's tuition directly. These 'established facts' will not change regardless of the choice MC makes. That means he had connections with all the MGs on the story-line of campus (except Jill). Not to mention if you decied to choose Jade on Others path. I always think it was far more difficult to deal a corrupt-minded and powerful adult than having a fist-fight with a street villain. And another reason I think he will be the 'final boss' is that MC may not to 'defeat' this guy on his own, so he will surely need some help from the others and that might lead to the story of MC's grandfather's family. Perhaps then we will finally know MC's true identity.
For the bonus question, I think the order will be:
1)Magnar He has no grudge against MC; in fact, they seem to get along well. Magnar is just a nerd trying to fight back against those frats who bullied tri-betas. And who knows, maybe he will provide some helps in MC's future difficulties.
2)Buddy He is a big problem indeed. However, since Quinn has started to fight back, perhaps we'll settle things with Buddy in the next two or three chapters. Personally, I don't think he'll last till the end.
3)Vinny Just like the name of the game, this mad dog used to be a Dik, too. But he and MC took exact opposing paths. Although Vinny might have helped a lot when the fraternity was first established, by starting the 'Walk of Shame' tradition and being a HUGE dick, it ultimately led to the current chaos. For MC, even if he has 'dorm issues' with Troy (and with Maya), he has always been back and forth about joining the Diks. But at last, he settled down, united the Diks, helped them grow and became the spiritual leader of these brothers eventually. Vinny is definitely going to have a huge fight with MC.
4)Stephen The reason is stated above.
By the way, among all the MGs, only Jill has a deep connection to the storyline of drug. Perhaps that was the reason behind creating this character?

I'd say that no dev is evil, crazy or stupid enough to write a school shooting hook into a porn game, but we are talking about the man who gave us the "one of your lovers died in an unpreventable house fire and you have to choose" plotline. So I guess nothing is truly out of the question.

Bella first as has always been the case for me. And like always because that is legitimately the most interesting.
After Bella I'll play the switching to Zoey variant of her path. I'll do that for all main paths. First the main girl then switching to Zoey variant.
After I'm done with Bella's path. I'll either play Jill's or Sage's. Depends on if I'm more interested in seeing Jill's ILY + anal more than Sage vs. Zoey at that time. Could go either way.
Then Maya ILY. Josy ILY. Balanced throuple. Switching to Zoey.
The only one who can be a mastermind behind it all is Stephen, but I'm more inclined to believe they aren't directly connected at all. Except obviously Buddy and Vinny. It's more like their separate schemes take place in the same territory.
Who goes first is I think Buddy. And that is already in progress via the police raid. Vinny being trouble without Buddy's leash feels more like something DPC would do for the drugs story. Magnar's shit plays out next and Vinny's and Stephen's plans cook in the background.
If there is a bigger boss behind Stephen who'll take over the prostitution, Stephen will go down before Vinny does.
If, IF Stephen and Vinny are connected, Vinny will go to Stephen after Buddy goes down in the raid. Or Vinny will get bailed out by Stephen. Stephen is in the process of taking the money and running and he'll want Vinny to cause some trouble to distract people. Vinny will give Stephen up when he goes down.
And the true mastermind behind all of it is of course Priscilla "madame" Rose, Magnar's mother.
