I think this is the faculty party preview. Reminds me of a couple of things I've wondered about.

MC only has the option of performing if he helps Jill (which is required for Jill's path), but will Jill perform at the faculty party if MC doesn't help her with the S2 recital?

The tournament and the faculty party happen on the same day and so MC has to choose which to prepare for, but do they happen at the same time of day? It wouldn't be weird for the tournament to take place around midday and the party in the evening. MC still won't be able to go to both, but can the girls? I've assumed that Sage, Josy and Maya would go to whichever MC goes to, but this might allow for Bella and Jill in the tournament audience.

Do you think they are just standing in some room on the campus that we haven't seen before?

Just double checked and it doesn't look like it's Jill's house, the Preps mansion or the auditorium, can't see wood pannelling like that.

Maybe some kind of events room where the faculty party is being held like you said.

I really wanted this game to be like that, but at this rate, we are lucky if it shows finishing the first year of college before ending.

Either way, I would love an epilogue like the one in Acting Lessons (without the fire) where it shows a bit of what life is like going forward.

What do you guys think?

I'm pretty sure this was never meant to be more than the first year. It would be nice to have a full college experience game, but I can't think of any games where the story covers four years in any other genre either. So I'd say there is a more fundamental limit here that applies to storytelling as a whole and the college setting just draws attention to it.

If the party is held on campus, it'll probably be in the teacher's lounge. It could also happen in a rented venue outside campus.
