In the upstairs, past the door, you click on the hall will the blue wall. One door is locked, the other is the Janitor's closet. You hit the back arrow you come face to face with another door, the Investigate tag on this one is easy to miss.

You need to call Quinn before the party, take the most expensive option and then win drinking game and take last shot from thighs, then you can choose to go to sarah if you stay at party.
