That's fair. I never really gave it much thought before. I just thought, "Oh, that's a nice little easter egg," then I ignored her existence. However, now I'm thinking what other reason would DPC have for rendering a well-rendered cameo-like image of this seemingly random woman, whom we only see that one time, and shares some similarities to the main antagonist of his last game? Furthermore, why is he placing her in a scene reminiscent of that iconic "woman in the red dress" Matrix scene, where the woman in the red dress only turns out to be a seed planted in the world to remind Neo that he's not in Kansas anymore(aka not in AL anymore)? Maybe I'm putting too much thought into it now, especially since I don't really care, unless he plans on having that character do another cameo appearance in the future. I doubt that, though, so meh.

Counted votes was more like ten times! Though about 1/3rd of Bella's first choice votes went to Sage. Across all choices, Bella got about 1/3 the votes of Sage.
My biggest gripe is I can't do Maya and Quinn in any way together. They are the hottest, Followed by Jill,Josy and Sarah. the rest? MEH!
