The best estimate remains September 2026, +/- 2 months at the most, I'd say. First quarter is definitely too early.

The trend for the last few updates was that each update took three months longer than the previous, and E11 took 15 months. And the numbers from the progress reports so far seem to confirm the initial estimate.
