Not really, or at least not specifically regarding Lily. There's a hierarchy to the images that show up in those end screens. It always starts with the MGs, then if you're not on any of their paths it will keep asking questions until you get a "yes" or will otherwise give you the final image (which was Cinderella in the lab for the last update).

It'll start with the more prominent girls and keep going for a handful of girls then stop (so for instance after the MGs it might go Zoey, Quinn, Lily, Nicole, Jade, stop), depending also on what content there was for individual girls in the given update.

Since Lily will often feature in one of the questions (e.g., "Rolling with Lily?") then I suppose you can say that by showing her some love she'll show up in the end screen, but it's basically coincidence to say she will be there if you give her love but won't if you are rude to her.
