I want Sally path! She's so freakin cuty and witty. Sally and Riona are my favs outside of main LIs.

Also I really hope for that BDSM room in Bella's house :D
I can't imagine Sally and Riona getting along at all if MC dated them both at the same time. But it's probably worth a try...:ROFLMAO:

One of the reasons I'm not sure if the use of a point on that is within the rules. "Traitor" is a bit strong though. Being upset over a bro fucking your sister is understandable. Especially when it was a threesome with another bro's sister. The general bro code is that you can't fuck a bro's exes or family members, but there is a caveat that you can fall in love and marry them because a guy who would stop their family or exes finding happiness is a douche. It takes a while to convince a bro that it's love instead of a one time thing. It's considerably harder for a bro to swallow the idea that it's a threeway romantic relationship instead of a one time threesome.

Tommy has some right to be pissed and sceptical over it, though there is a limit to how far he can go in expressing that. And that depends on how good a boyfriend MC is. If he makes the girls happy Tommy has to either get over it or own up to being a douche. If MC goes back to Zoey, Tommy gets to kick his ass.

What this all adds up to in terms of calling the code is going to need a brotherhood meeting. Either MC's calling the code doesn't count or Tommy has to be punished for not respecting it. Or the brotherhood admits that the code de facto doesn't exist as no one has to actually obey it.

If anyone thought I was talking about the DIK status score I apologise for the confusion. However I'm fairly sure the DIKs themselves refer to the right to call the code as DIK points. I don't have a screenshot though and I'm not sure I have a convenient save so it might take a while to confirm that.
All of that is irrelevant. If the protagonist uses the DIK code for JM, he's already in love. Derek takes it calmly, but Tommy is a coward. If someone were to do something like that to him and his spoken DIK code, Tommy would completely lose it.

What would Tommy's punishment be? Expulsion from the DIKs. Yes, that's what you do to traitors.

Did he tell Tommy that he was in love with Josy? Because Derek has had several months to get used to it. But Tommy just found out. So, even if Tremolo told him that he's in love with Josy, it's understandable that is going to take some time for him to fully accept it. Not only that he's with Josy, but Maya too.

With that said, completely agree that, if someone broke the code after Tommy invoked it, he'd be pissed.

He said, before he uttered the DIK code, that it was so the three of them would be together.

But that's all irrelevant because he didn't follow the DIK code. There's no excuse for that.

I have searched the whole code base (both of Season1+2 and of Season3) using AstroGrep for the substring "dik point" and the only seven results are the following (in Season1+2):

while the same search for the substring "dik secret code" gets multiple results in dialogues both in Season1+2 and in Season3.

I'm never overconfident on these kind of searches, because just one character difference may cause a false negative, but...

That's your personal interpretation. We don't know if MC's calling the code was a valid use of it. Jamie's use would imply that there is more to it than just "keep this secret", but does it cover "you don't get to be mad about me fucking your sister"?

Tommy being a hypocrite doesn't make him a traitor. It all depends on where the DIKs draw the lines. And that is something we simply don't know.

All we can say is where we personally would draw the lines. And that is utterly irrelevant. Your opinion on that doesn't matter dalli. And neither does mine.

True, each member of the DIK brotherhood has these red lines drawn differently than any other player playing this game. It's the same as in real life, everyone has a different tolerance for certain things than someone else.

Well I can't find a moment any of them refer to it as a DIK point so that's probably just in my head. At the very least I'm not going to do a full run just to check every single time they talk about the code. I'll try to remember to keep an eye out for it next time I do a run, but I doubt we will still be discussing this when I'm done with it.
