It's not proven as such but there are quite a few things hinting at it. I'd take it for granted the good ends of all the MGs involve marriage. Jill's story is very conventional and Bella is quasi widowed so with them it's easily imagined. But then I could see some of the stronger SGs getting a marriage ending. So how do the MGs one up them? By actually dealing with the question of marriage during game rather than in the epilogue.

Sage as the queen of party girls may not be as obvious as Jill and Bella, but for her the game drops some very heavy hints. Sage's S2 hang out scene is about looking after her when she's sick and one of the traditional lines in wedding vows is "in sickness and in health". Sage's adoptive parents are getting a divorce so she has cause to wonder what it really means to be married and how her parents fucked it up. In ep 10 Sage and MC start acting like they already are married. Sage is close to graduation so in order for their relationship to survive the bond between has to grow very strong by then and at that point it would just be appropriate for them to get married. And finally in ep 11 Sage's path has been divided to the kinky variant with threesomes and the vanilla ILY variant. You can imagine how the kinky variant would keep pushing the limits, but how can the vanilla variant push beyond the ILY moment? By actually getting married.

But how will the MG paths be different about marriage? It can't be just one of them that does it, because the girl would totally steal the show and they can't just all do the same thing because that would be formulaic. So here's my predictions:

Jill will get the conventional proposal and S4 is about being engaged and wedding planning.

Bella has to get legally divorced (or deal with James's death) while navigating an age gap student/teacher romance. And please, let there be pregnancy!

Josy and Maya would have to figure out how three people can get pseudo married. On solo paths the challenge might be getting the other girl's blessing.

So what is there left for Sage? Eloping! Sage will be the only girl to actually be MC's wife instead of his fiancée before the epilogue. And to make it really interesting Sage will pop the question.

And a year from we will all be playing a Sage run so that the proposal coincides with real world midnight. Unless of course all the girls get New Years proposals in which case I'll need four more computers.

Josy and Maya's story is simple. Josy and Maya get married, and the MC magically implants a child in each of their wombs. Thus, the three of them are bound together forever.

Josy and Derek are the ones switched at birth. Iris wanted a daughter and Patrick wanted a son. Patrick isn't homophobic. He was against Maya's and Josy's relationship because it was twincest.
