If the scene with 15-20 variations is Zoey confronting the MGs I'd expect Zoey's affinity to have an impact. Or if not her affinity then how she dealt with Emma.

Nah, Chen is probably just a "beard" character in terms of being an outright misogynist to downplay by association all the ways the DIKs are sexist as is increasingly obvious in the narrative (the Walk of Shame being the main one).
It's a bit of a shame but DPC seems to have chickened out a bit as many writers do where they realise their protagonist/heroes aren't exactly perfect themselves and rather than critique them (and risk upsetting players who've "made choices") they'll introduce a far worse token character so by contrast their antics look completely fine.
This is basically it. If it wasn't for the fact DPC needs to justify to themselves the rather pointless Interlude then Zoey's affinity would probably just be a choice in a flashback of how Fuckface remembers her.

There're 6 outcomes in total with Zoey's affinity combined with the 3 decisions which are made at the end of the Interlude.
Chick/DIK Zoey doing a revenge on Emma (=2)
Chick/DIK Zoey not taking the Emma's phone and [not] forgiving her (=4)
It's similar to mini-games. However this time you have to play the episode instead of playing some mini-game. For example, during Season 2 you have more outcomes with mansion renovation if you play with mini-games enabled. And you're limited only to 2 outcomes when you're not. There is a simple mod which replaces the code with default 2 options to 6 (all) available outcomes. So you can safely skip Interlude and choice what Zoey you want.

I like DIK Zoey because how she shut down Becky, but even DIK Zoey isn't that dick, she no longer smokes nor supports Violence, She stands her game and is assertive.If you're refering to this choice :
In both cases, it ends her "friendship" with Emma. I don't think it will have particular negative outcomes for her in the long term. Emma doesn't seem to be important at all.
but I don't want her to take revenge on me, so I forgive Emma. And have her as a bigger person.
The only Chick options I take with her are anything related to grandma, Promoting her blue hair, and saying discovering bodies.
