Well you can get Cindy as an episode end screen so I think there is something there
Yep, i know about it, but recent dev update make me lose hope more that she will be potential Side Girl, because how rarely she was mentioned and it made me sure she will only become ONS only

That's just a default "none of the above" result though, so I wouldn't read too much into it. I'm not arguing for or against her status/potential status, mind, just against that end screen image being a reliable indicator of said status.

I would laugh if Cindy is just a decoy and the MC can't do anything with her.:ROFLMAO:
Well, of course, it's long been clear that you dream of Maya and Josy being the only successful route.
Then it's perfectly fine if Maya and Josy remain just friends with the MC. The MC decided that's what they wanted, too.
I'd say it's a pretty silly plot-imposed restriction. The player can't say in the library, "I only want a relationship with Josy" or "I only want a relationship with Maya." However, the choice in Episode 5 of "feelings for Josy/feelings for Maya/no feelings" should have consequences. The relationship between Maya and Josy without MC is very toxic. Josy openly admits in episode 10 that she doesn't feel happy. If they break up in the next episode, no one will be surprised. And if, for example, Josy and Maya break up and Josy knows MC is lonely and still loves her... it doesn't take a genius to figure out what will happen next.

Also I'm really surprised that so many people don't enjoy the throuple. I admit I'm just starting it so I don't know how it goes and I expect a lot of trouble and hard choices but wouldn't the throuple be like the ultimate fantasy for a collage kid? Especially with such good girls. Like a throuple with Sarah and Melanie would definitely end in a bad end screen, you just know, but Maya and Josy are such good hearted girls. What could go wrong?
A lot of peoples' issues with it boil down to two things:
1) The characters themselves are more interesting individually than as a couple most of the time. In fact sometimes it feels like they're only a couple in the scenes actively showing them as one.
2) DPC still looks to be undertaking some bullshit mechanics-wise that tracks your interactions with them, so many suggest there'll be breakup drama so some players (including myself) can't be arsed to play the route until it's completed.

yup, i've said it earlier today but it feels like maya and josy are together just because MC is the actual glue and gave them a good taste at being dicked, separately they don't seem to be that happy as a couple rather than being just friends

Big spoilers! If you share the video with the DIKs, someone sends it to Stephen Burke, who later uses it against Jade for a 90/10 split in the divorce. Jade is... less than pleased about it, and lets you know.

I'm doing a DIK Sage run. Should I keep that a secret then?
Depends. How much drama do you want your play through to involve? Because storytelling isn't really storytelling if there's no conflict....

I would go so far as to say, is it REALLY a DIK play-through if you DON'T tell Derek you fucked a teacher? I mean, are you even really a proper maggot brother if you don't? Remember....

Update on my quest to find a douchebag "80's College Movie" name for MC to use in my latest playthru, ala 'Parker Lewis' or 'Van Wilder' or "Ferris Bueller.'

I settled on the first name "Dodge," taking inspiration from the old black guy with white hair from the Brad Pitt movie F1.

National Lampoon's Dodge Miller Can't Lose!
Parker Lewis holy shit talk about waaaay back in the day or you could've went with Larry Kubiak Parker's bully

I like most of the characters in BaD, but for my main character, I prefer Josy and Maya.

I'd laugh if nothing happened with Cindy, because many players get really excited whenever DPC introduces a new girl or the main character even just talks to a different girl than the ones they already know. I find that strange.

I have nothing against Josy and Maya's individual routes. By the way, my Josy isn't unhappy in Episode 10. You probably meant Episode 11. Remember DnG 2? Josy dies in DnG 2 no matter what you do. Well, in Episode 11, the Josy we know dies.

Neil explained it to us in Episode 11. Maya and the main character had to grow up relatively quickly, but Josy didn't. Josy is currently going through her transition from teenager to young adult. She's asking herself questions she's never asked before, and she needs answers. Maya gives Josy the first few answers. Josy learns from Maya that she is important to her and that Maya will now take care of Josy, just as Josy took care of Maya.

Thats what i did on my first playthrough, i didnt feel like MC really has any place to be in the middle of their relationship because he was just the third wheel
That's what I planned on doing myself and just go with Sage if I got rejected but since they didn't reject me I decided to roll with it in my first playthrough. I did feel bad for Jade though. I wonder if it was a mistake. I'll know soon enough I guess.
I feel like in Season 1 the MC had the best chemistry with Sage and then Josy would come second while Maya was more of a sister/good friend.

A lot of peoples' issues with it boil down to two things:

This is a game so it's fine but irl such a triangle would be very draining mentally for the guy and it would probably end badly for 1 person from the triangle. In this case most likely Maya.

I'm afraid I have to disappoint fans who were hoping for Josy and Maya to go their separate ways. What if there are no single paths at all? What if the only possibilities in the future are a love triangle or Josy and Maya breaking up? How did I come to this conclusion?

Many assume that a fight between Josy and Maya will lead to their breakup. However, we know from episode 11 that the two don't communicate well. So, if they start talking now and realize that the protagonist has been doing everything he can to drive a wedge between them, it could backfire, and both of them could break up with him.

Yes, I know the protagonist can confess his love to one of them. But love and hate are two sides of the same coin.
Nice try but no.
Solo's are coming that isn't even questionable. What is questionable is if there a way to save the throuple ep11 puts it at its lowest and clearly establishes solos for Josy and Maya. EP12 in throuple is either having mc go home with Josy no mater what or it comes down to choice and your either going with Josy or Maya. If you go home with Josy no matter what there is a path for saving throuple if some things break the right way like being able to say I love to Josy if you already said it to Maya and getting the lewd scene but if that doesn't happen likely means it over for throuple. While it possible MC going to Josy's regardless I don't think that is how it will play out. EP10 you go to Maya's for thanksgiving but that was about the loan not there relationship and that happens on all paths besides throuple plus while ep10 spoiled the solo scenes at the time of writitng this that hasn't happen yet in ep12 and should be noted during ep11 only gave a preview of the Josy date and the only previews of Maya was from 3some Maya had 0 on her own. So that leads me to lean to MC either going to Josy's or Maya's for Chirstmas which in my mind is the worse case possible for throuple because it leaves pretty much no room for a save it path, in my mind anyway.

One of the advantages of DPC is that it doesn't require much time or text to develop a character. Even though we haven't interacted with her much, we already know some things about her. Also, don't forget that you haven't seen most of her interactions, because they only happen in the "others" branch. I'm not interested in it, but I definitely see potential there. The question is how DPC will manage to implement it, given the short time left in the game.

No, I'm talking specifically about episode 10. The scene takes place during the barbecue. Of course, you couldn't see it because you're only playing the Trouple route. As far as I understand, the dialogue happens if:
1) MC isn't in the Trouple route
2) MC spends time with Josy in episode 10 when they're building a pillow fort
3) Josy confesses to MC that she still loves him and gets rejected
This is one of those things that convinces me that Josy is ready to leave Maya for MC.

Was it fair of DPC that the MC in AL wanted both girls but could only save one?

Maybe DPC will do it differently in BaD. Either both girls or neither.
Have you never seen the highlander? There can be only one. That one is Josy. Stop resisting and accept her loving embrace. Cast off the shackles. In her you shall find salvation. Ignore the path that leads to temptation. DPC understands this. Many times he leads us back to her by force to show us the light. Those who embrace it become loved for all time. Those who resist fall into the pit of temptation, and become forever lost. Josy Goddess.jpg
May JoJo bless your path.

Do you think it's going to be possible to be with Josy or Maya if you don't touch throuple at all? Like a "the one that got away" situation?
