The question took me by surprise. The usual questions I get are, "I did not know chicks played AVNs. Are you a lesbian?" Followed by some creepy ass pm.
I like my playthroughs to be as dramatic as they possibly can. My "Fuck with Tyballz Sage" play through is one of my favorites. I Have them order of Chick,DIk, Neut, and other Alts.
These saves were taken from the chick versions. I made Zoey saves out of them. I needed some help with the console for two of them. just don't really give shit about Zoey. These saves are drama purposes.... you know.... for science.

I think Nicole and Lily are far less likely threesome candidates because they already have their own routes with a lot of content.
I don't think Lily is getting a scene in episode 12 at all, she's has already had too many scenes in season 3 IMO.
I think that a threesome with Sandy + Rose/Brandi is the most reasonable guess but I picked Brandi because Rose already has a scene.
Sidenote- If it ends up being the threesome mentioned here:
Then Lily wouldn't be eligible as she had a lewd scene in episode 11.
We also have a preview of Nicole outside of the Pink Rose (and I think there was an animation in the Steam trailer?) which most likely will be her only lewd scene for the episode.
