Quinn has been running the prostitution ring for a while now. Even if it has been going a lot longer and Quinn is simply the current girl in charge, she would not have gotten to that position on the day she started at B&R. She sure as hell didn't create it that quickly.

A side story about the name Tybalt... Gather up .. once upon a time when Vladi was in College he got to play a character in a Shakespeare play called Tybalt .. little Vladi didn't know any better so he said "what a strange name" but then he fell in love with the name, and he fucking killed that character on the theater...
Years later came a developer named "Dr Pink Cake" and he included a "Tybalt" in his Novel making little Vladi hate knowing this Dev and regretting his life choices...
