Quinn is one of DPCs most beloved characters. I'm pretty sure she will have a decent redemption arc and they will at least become even. I don't see Rio being resentful forever.
It's pretty clear that Quinn felt the blow too and is willing to go far to make up for it, even if it's just her way of apologizing without expecting something in return.

If memory serves, while you can be forced out of various love interests' paths, the only way to be forced into one is by default - by not still being on anyone else's path when the decision point comes up - and even then, only some paths don't let you opt out entirely at that point.

Congrats BaDik for reaching 100m views and being the number 1 most viewed game in this platform, that was really a lot. When I played acting lessons a long time ago it was really short I really wanted it more tbh and I give this game a try when it was S1. I never thought BaDik will be at this stage right now and the game feels like a movie series already with this much content. Congrats devs!
