Nothing really suggests that about her,despite being in a pretty rough place she`s able to have fun and open up(mostly) and organize a date,on top of that making her a compulsive liar would pretty much kill the character for the players so I don`t think so.
True about Maya but Josy is the one making the first move,she organizes the first date immediatly agrees and organizes the 2nd one,she`s not trying to remain single
