That last part about her being on the run doesn't work as we see a picture of her and Jill when they were younger you know it could be the other way around maybe her husband was crazy or something but who knows I just don't think Bella would be like that.
Of course it's just a porn game and maybe it's not the smartest to read so far into things (even though I do think DPC is an excellent writer) but if Bella is hiding something of that magnitude in her house, it wouldn't make much sense for her to bring us there in Episode 2. That makes alot of sense as we know there is a higher motive for this prostitution ring. I could also think about Bella being a special treat passed around on special occasions by blackmailing. The fact that she gets blackmailed seems almost certain as she is constantly on edge and that would explain alot about her behaviour assuming the worst in everyone.
