You need to call her during the free roams to order it. Don't remember which one it was. In one of them the option to order becomes available. I guess you also need the money? Whatever, if you want Quinn progress call her at every free roam and see if something is available.

Ya know... you could be on to something there! I never really gave those letters much thought. I do want to know who sent them and why though. Perhaps it was what's his face....the guy we shared a dorm with.. I forgot his name. Just seems like something he would do and it would throw him back into the story. He's a fairly undeveloped character as of yet.

his name is Troy, I still think if Chad is gay ,Troy might be his lover. Think about it. The dude is ex jock , got kicked out probabbly because they caught him .

I completely missed the scene where Jill was masturbating with MC's hand....which path did you take to get that scene? I'm going to have to do another playthrough.

How come when I try to go on my old save file I get "an exception occured ?"
I did it from EP 1 to EP 2 without any problem but today I get this below, any explaination ?

It's most likely Quinn that's behind it all prostitution and drugs why not blackmail as well, and Troy is the roommate but he was kicked out for fucking Dawes girl
