That just gave me chills. It could be that her husband is in the military and that’s why he’s been away for three years. Looked like the dude drunk MC saw was wearing a uniform too so maybe he’s back but just creeping on her or something.

That's what I think. That shit was the reason why I didn't go at Bella's house at the end. that scene scared me shitless.

If you go and read posts between 789 and 793 you can see all my points about why that dude MC saw was NOT in his head, and you can also see everyone disagreeing with me, but now that i know the husband was in the army i believe my theory even further. I do think he is alive and is hiding in her house and is the one who tilted the paintings. Why? Idk, but i have a feeling something bad is gonna happen to Bella

Could be a ghost or something too like someone mentioned, but if it was a ghost why did MC refuse to go back in the room after first seeing the intruder? Cause he was still in the room...

MC options: goes home, dad lives, they had a great time, but Maya gets raped
MC option 2: he stays at B&R, has a nice date with Maya, they have nice and steamy sex...
After that, he receives a phone call, it's the police and they say to him that his father was hit by a truck when going home from work...

Tried using the save and all I get is a choice between 3 people followed by the ending. No scenes or anything unlocked

I dumped both files into the save folder. Do I need to do something else for it to work?

It's a Ren'Py game, you need to delete both your persistent files for my persistent file to work.

That's actually the one I just overwrote. i made s hortcut for the folder because its a pita to get to.
So I just delete it and then dump them into the folder again instead of overwriting?

Edit: I didn't realize there were two 'persistant' files. Deleted both and dumped the saves into both folders and it worked. Thanks

Overwriting is basically the same but it's safer if you delete both your persistent files beforehand.

I started a fresh new game with the updated version from 19.8.:
The game crashes for me in the free roam part at the book shelf in Isabella's house.
Somehow some already unlocked rewards are locked again...for all saves.
Is there a way to make the drinking game in episode 2 easier? My screen is too small to win that.

Yeah she doesn't seems like a woman who cheats, even with MC it seems more that her body its acting on her own, sure she started to like the guy but she is doing her best to hold back she even started to cry,that line MC saying he wouldn't kiss her that night and would ask for help if he knew back them what he knows now, that line made me think that her husband is dead and she can't accept that he is dead, or the guy is in really bad shape or m.i.a, or he leaved her for another woman

Yeah absolutely like I said in a previous post I think she has a denial about the whole thing she lives in hope that he will come back but truly in the back of her mind somewhere she knows he is gone and can't come to terms with it, welcome back btw

but then if her husband cheated why whould she be so loyal to him? besides she say "i cant do this..." a lot of times.
also you are missing the fact that she says "please james ... forgive me"

Well the idea of her husband leaving for another woman and leaving her in the dark is because she has no idea about it if he is the army type he could be coming up with excuses that he has been sent away, and the whole forgive me part I think it's just down to her being lonely and developing feelings with the MC.

Maya is one of the best girl but Josy I hate her. And now they're linked. I don't want Josy and I don't want the threesome with her, but I'm sure this will be needed.

Some transition between scenes are weird no? I mean on my game when Josy arrive, no speech and it changes directly to choosing where to go (between derek, bella and sage). So I don't get why he can't stay at Maya dorm (even if there's Josy she can get the fk out)
