Just played this for the first time and it's visually great though a bit inconsistent.
Kind of ironic that Maya's nether region in the last scene has 10 times more skin details than her face.

Hate the frat setting but I already knew that going in. It's PinkCake after all, so I expect to be thoroughly pissed off by the ending.

Inconsistent!? And aren't you being a little unfair with your preconceptions? You must be very hard to please. And if you know beforehand that you don't like the setting, that might influence your overall opinion. Maybe this game is just not for you, but you can't deny its quality.

Feel free to load up the scene I mentioned and compare the skin. It's probably due to Daz3D makeup settings, which tend to erase details, but the shaved area above Maya's pussy has pores and all kinds of imperfections that her face clearly doesn't show.

As for not liking the setting, yeah, I figured as much, though the having to debase yourself to join a frat part felt a lot more heavy-handed than I expected. I still mostly enjoyed the game despite the setting, which apparently makes me hard to please and unfair in your book.

Just pay attention to all characters' faces and you will see some imperfections. Just look at Riona's face; I love her and you can see them all over her face. And look at the characters' eyes and its animation movements. Maybe Maya's face imperfections aren't that easily perceived because of her makeup or some other reason.

I noticed inconsistencies. Both between body parts and faces of certain characters and the overall detail level between characters. If you don't see them good for you. This may be in part because I recognize some of the assets used, but if you feel that strongly about it we could always unren the whole thing and compare the renders and animations in detail.

That said, I already called the game "visually great" in my first post so I'm not sure why you chose this particular point as your hill to die on.

There was already some not to subtle foreshadowing in the crying Isabella scene, plus plenty of drama for the sake of drama in the writing elsewhere, so I fully expect this to take a turn at some point.
Which is fair, the dev warned that it's not all fun and games in the intro. If I'm wrong and the whole thing ends with a lighthearted harem scene or some such you can certainly call me out for it.

Yeah, I almost stopped playing after the whole roommate/love interest prostitutes herself and fucks me over so I can get kidnapped and be railroaded into joining the frat that just humiliated me thingy.

It got better later on, though I'm not sure if the writing improved or I just stopped caring. Somehow everyone is damaged goods with a lot of emotional baggage and whatnot. If you like that great, enjoy the game, but I wish it wasn't laid on all that thick.

How in the world is Man of the House #1?

Idk what DPC has set up but until we get strong hints of more sidegirls becoming LI's it's unrealistic to expect such a thing to happen imho. There's already 5 Li's in place with their endings already planned out according to DPC which is quite a lot being the reason why the game will so large in size. I'm not sure if he wants or would be willing to continue adding in more LI's and endings to the game on top of what he already has planned for the game, that'd be a lot of extra work for him.
