Sure, i did all of it. Talked to everybody and went everywhere i could possibly go. I tried a restart, fully new game but it's not doing the thing. Also in the walkthrough it says "investigate" but i only have arrows, that normal?
Hello, how can i use the Fullsave Data? I deleted every save in both locations and put the Fullsave data in the "saves"-folder but it's not working.'

Yes, it's normal. Before, there was an investigation command. But now you just need to click on objects, people, arrows, etc. If you talked to everybody, then it's def the doors. Click on all arrows upstairs on the corridor with the white doors. There is another set of doors accessible through the first screen. Just click on all arrows until you see a different set of doors that you probably missed. There are arrows on the left, right, and down. One of those gives you access to the other set of doors. Clicking on one of them allows you to progress the story.
