Well considering she asks Bella for advice she'd say no to that right away and besides I don't think Jill has had many boyfriends in her life if any at all, and for as smart as she is there is no way she'd stick around an abusive partner it's clear the bullying she has suffered in the past has affected her and what she sees as Chad bullying the MC would put her off right away.

It doesn't have to do with intelligence or how many boyfriends or anything else (I do believe Jill's a virgin). Some women (and some men) have something like a saviour complex where they tend to fall in love with outcasts and troubled people disregarding any abusive conduct they may have because "they are not like this". If a woman like this ended up talking to Chad why he does things, that he's not bad or agressive, just troubled. And if they believe they can help him... then they're lost already. And to me Jill looks like the kind of girl who loves lost causes.

That's all well and good but we don't know enough about Jill yet we have no idea if that would appeal to her or not. But no Jill is not with Chad I'd say she used that thing called intelligence and would stay away from the likes of Chad or like I said she'd ask Bella for advice and I doubt she'd want to see her with Chad either.

Know what I hate about the Chad theories? The fact I can't think of ways to argue against it. Dating Sage seems to be a status thing for Chad rather than an actual relationship in my eyes. And to add to the theory dating Sage is just to give Chad cover like how Elton John married a woman

I do not say that I discard completely, but I find it very unlikely.
This part of status with Sage is the old bullshit of being a fraternity leader, wanting him to look like the boss, having the hottest cat, another leader, as his girlfriend and blablabla.
And big guys have feelings too, right? Of all the Alphas, he seems to me the most human of them.
What he seemed to care most of all, at least to me, was the Alphas themselves. So much so that if the MC tries to intervene, this touches him.

So I wasn't going to say anything, but here it is super normal for one guy to kiss another on the cheek. Family and close friends. Kissing another woman, or anyone else on the forehead, is a sign of enormous respect and affection. Not that this is the case with Chad, but - *phone rings*
