Could speculate that DPC is somewhere in Europe I think he does it so America will get it in the morning, Europe in the afternoon and the likes of Asia and Australia at night.

The open marriage thing started rather recently,Stephen admitts to sleeping with 2 or was it 3 students,they both tried to get Bella to join,there`s not that much action going on,plus there`s Jade totally chilled reaction,I think it`s fresh thing,something that happened to be along the way rather than primary motivation

If they had an open marriage thing I don't think Jade should have reacted the way she did towards him sleeping around with other girls.
