About that Quinn/DIKs messing with MC. I can see why it's not pleasant for you if you're a sensitive person, don't take jokes well. That was really mean, I see that it would bring some people to tears. Personally, that didn't bother me at all, I'm not easily offended. It was all fun and games, that wouldn't make me dislike any of them for such a petty thing. Quinn likes mess with people and I can see why would it be uncomfortable for you being in her presence and her being annoying enough for you to consider punching her in the face. About Quinn/Tommy treating MC/Maya badly. Again feel like Quinn/Tommy are messing around and MC/Maya shouldn't take it personally. I understand if you consider that cruel, what they're doing, but I don't think they really mean that. Yeah, I'm not sure about that relationship part either, but I'm hoping it's going to be wonderful relationship between MC/Quinn for the sake of that one guy, who I'm sure you know by now.

It's not a bad theory even if you say it wasn't much thought. lol I mostly asked this because part of me finds it hard to believe that everything that will determine the MC's future is somehow going to play out entirely in his first month. When it comes to the girls as example I'll use Jill of course. But everything in that one month somehow determines if we marry her or not or any of the other girls for that matter. Or just because we make all A's in the one month we graduate 3-4 years later successfully? Just things like that make me feel like there has to be some kind of time skip even if not a large one so the senior girls aren't cut out. But at least playing out the 1st year would make more sense to me.

Anyway it was just a theory I was curious to see what others thought of it.

I'm not the person you asked, but since I don't like Quinn much either, probably you would be interested in my opinion as well.
The basic explanation is just that she's not a type of person I'd be friends with in real life. She's involved in drugs and prostitution, which means her moral compass points the opposite way of what i find right. She stole MC's clothes and phone on their first meeting. I know he broke into their dorm to steal panties, but sending him off naked - that's still not something you do, even to a person you don't like.
For the same reason I dislike DIKs, they could at least give him a pair of pants or something before sending him off. I guess, I'm not a fun person. I consider pranks like this and almost all the pranks in general offensive and not funny.
Back to Quinn, she always pulls our leg - there's nothing wrong with that, if that's done to a certain degree. Quinn's degree is crossing the line of comfort for me.
Also, the way she treated Maya (who is still one of the more likable girls to me) since the first episode. It's just as bad if not worse than how Tommy treats MC (and I see many agree that Tommy's a jackass).
That basically covers it. Well, and all in all, I don't see a lasting happy relationship for MC with Quinn possible.

I really disliked Quinn at first (although I always put her above fucking Maya and Josy, because if nothing else she was honest about who she was), especially after that tazer incident . name88 and I actually got into a back and forth about her because of that.
Anyway, turns out he was right in the end. If you alter your way of thinking just a little bit you're suddenly like "Holy shit, this girl is actually pretty fun and nice" assuming you don't get on her bad side.

If nothing else, you have to respect her "I don't take shit" attitude, and she doesn't pretend to be something she isn't.

No point in dragging it. Which reminds me. I was thinking about some QnA or possibly an interview with DPC about BaDIK. Nothing major like "what will happen with [insert name of favorite girl]". More like "music in this game creates amazing atmosphere, why did you choose punk rock?" Would you be interested?

No this has been recently well between when Bella husband left and now. It's not really a sinister plot it's just something that could have happened but didn't because Bella wasn't into it or the guilt caught up with her and didn't want to cheat on her husband. There has probably been a time where she had her needs and would have considered it but that's as far as it probably went.


Bit of advice on this thread those kinds of posts best to scroll past them otherwise you just give them more especially when it comes to the incest topic. Which ain't happening anyway because DPC is against it.

Quite sure that incest is against Steam policy, so yea it's a safe bet that there won't be any.

I feel similar. He felt like a cornered animal when he went to fight with MC, not like a bully. He had sadness with the anger in that beatdown. He got blackmailed and thought it was MC. Then if MC covers his back against the teachers he might warm up to MC. A debt must be paid.

I mean so far he seems a bit daft and just a typical bully but I want to theory-craft a bit.

Maybe he is not gay, or not having performance issues from steroids. Maybe he got caught with sorority house's politics a lot and he acts like a punk bully to keep appearances. He might be together with Sage because she is the HOT president. That would explain why he is not interested in her. In truth he might be loving the geek girl from the game table in library and keeping it secret for all we know. He was talking with certain someone in the lockers which he doesn't want anyone to know.

In next season MC and Chad gets time to talk and figure out that MC was not at fault for the blackmail material. Chad opens up the inner politics of the sorority houses, raises his suspicion about all the things Quinn and Tommy might be doing. He will help MC to repay his debt or at least in secret he will take his side.

I feel like the scenario of someone in DIKs(Preferably Tommy) trying to frame Rusty and overthrow him to push more shady illegal stuff in to the campus would be interesting.

Lets novelize a bit more and go to the next level.

Then the Tyrannical rule of new DIK president begins. Everyone's hands are tied up because all the loyalty and shit, but MC can't take it anymore and he rebels to the authority, either openly or in secret.

In a moment of grave peril, when MC thinks he is doomed and utterly lost. A bulky hand appears and lifts MC up. Chad says, on your left. They team up against the original blackmailer and tyrant president of DIKs.

Just a bit of theory-crafting here. Possible Chad redemption Arc. Can't wait for season 2.

Not sure if this was replying to my topic, but if it is I think you missed what I'm asking. I'm not saying he needs to make the game longer. I'm asking if people think that time will skip forward at some point in the story within the amount of episodes he has planned. Doing that wouldn't drag anything out because it's using the number of episodes he planned/needed to tell his story anyway. If this reply was talking about something else then disregard.

I'm asking if people think that time will skip forward at some point in the story within the amount of episodes he has planned. Not a huge fan of time skips in games or VN for that matter. But if you are get an actual ending with anyone one would have to assume that it would skip to the end of College to see if you got the girl or not

I think there has to be some type of time skip at some point--I can't see us playing less than a 1 semester window in freshman year of college and coming to satisfying resolutions for these storylines... Too much happens freshman year anyway, and you're missing out on so much potential freshie drama if the storyline just stops with becoming a DIK. I'm hopeful that it'll time skip.
