I believe he will make a functional relationship between the three. This can take the entire game, all seasons and episodes.
But I agree, I think he will also make his way with just one of the two girls. Which can be quite dramatic.

Hopefully the player is given the option to tell Jill that's he's through with of them.

That's a concern with the Maya and Josy situation, and ever since that game I have been wary of getting that outcome again but the early signs that's what it has written all over it

We are literally given a choice on whether or not WE want to have/continue having a relationship with them. IF it was truly forced, we wouldn't have the choice and option to say 'I just want to be friends with both of you.'

Im hoping for three options regarding them both, option 1 is choosing Maya as your main lover and being in a relationship with herm, second would choosing Josy and be in a relation with her, and third is being able to be in a relationship with both of them. However the third option is probably unlikely since this is a DrPink game.

Personally, I just hope that there is a fourth option. Letting the two girls live their lives the way they want and leave the MC alone, so I can enjoy mine with Camila in peace.

DPC takes a more realistic way to progress relationships, and i think it'll depend on our choices, if we spent the same amount of time with both of them then we could continue with the threeway relationship but if we spent more time with Josy, Maya will get upset in future updates and choose to break up with the MC cuz she feels like a third wheel instead of a lover, hell maybe they'll spend a lot of time with each other and we'll be left out and get dropped out just like what happens with that girl in ToML that i refuse to mention who cuz she's a bitch

Sage can now be completely excluded from the love life of the MC and is still there. It's been a while, actually.

But it was still forced no?? i a Josy fan chose not to start a relationship with them and that was becase we'll be a burden, two lovers and a third would be a burden, a third wheel.

Those girls don't know how to have a normal relationship. They don't know how to deal with their own relationship, they don't know how to deal with a distance relationship, they don't know how to deal with a homosexual relationship, will they know how to deal with a polyamorous relationship?
