It's "sold out" until you qualify for it. I think this requires ordering both the Spicy and the Asian dinners first, but I can't guarantee that's accurate. I've never bothered with one and not the other.
I'm not sure there is a full list, it's defined in the config files. You might be able to use UnRen (linked back on page 1) to dismantle the whole game and find it in the code. H (hide) is also bound to Mouse3, and you can hit S for screenshots. UnRen will enable a pair of F-keys for quicksave/quickload.
Go with your gut instinct, you'll have to play the game more than once to get all possible scenes anyway.
To clarify, though I myself have no direct interaction with it: Reports are that he's closed his Discord to anybody that isn't a patreon contributor (which is fine if he's really having issues with the froobs harassing people), but also apparently that he's been actively going after donors who have shared the 'special renders', banning them outright. I can partially understand his frustration if he sees his income being splashed about freely, but the other side of that I think he's overlooked is that if it weren't for the piracy factor, his fanbase probably wouldn't be nearly so large, either. That's a lot of "free advertising" that's brought people into the fold. Good word of mouth from people who were never going to spend money vs. bad word of mouth by people who have spent money, that's not a well-balanced exchange. I hope it doesn't bite him in the ass too severely.

It's possible that he's moved on but Bella hasn't and she's still clinging on to a return that may never happen. I just hope MC is given the option to start asking/pressing her about her marriage.

Besides all already said, one of the things that impress me in this game more than in any other is the attention to the characters' expressions. Through a single static render you can pick several layers of conflicting emotions, which is hard enough to visualize (guess DPC irl is a weirdo who keeps staring at the face of random strangers), much less create in 3d.Thank you eveyone for your replies! This is exactly what i wanted to know. So... The overall quality, well written story and good renders are the strongest parts here, right? The thing is that i work on a game but what i can do best is to make renders and work on sound environment. Due the lack of time i stopped playing other games which is not great i believe.
