Guys it has been talked around that Acting Lessons is a sequel to BaDIK and the screenshot below proves it.

Liam and the MC were DIKs at B&R. So it's possible that in the next season or so, Liam and the MC of Acting Lessons are gonna pledge to the DIKs, if the BaDIK story continues passed a year that is. It's awesome seeing these stories connect.

I think that AL it's not a prequel or sequel. They have the same universe but different timelines. I think that because:
1) During the game you will meet a woman, Angela, from the HOTs. During the sex scene with her, she wear the HOTs uniform. Interesting note is that the colours it's different(red). I think that during AL Sage wasn't even in the college and most of the HOTs members were different girls. Maybe when Sage became the president she changed the colours of the uniform. In being a DIK you will not meet Angela, probably because she had already finish the college.
2) Liam was a member of DIKs but he didn't mention anyone we know. Same as the HOTs, during being a DIK timeline most of the old members were already gratuated and no one mentioned Liam
My conclusion is that BaDIK it's located in our times while AL was 2010. Like i said yesterday. These games are not related. I doubt that we will meet Angela or Liam

Dont some frats and sororities have multiple chapters at different universities? They could well be DIK’s and HOT’s just from separate chapters. I’m not American, not overwhelmingly familiar with how these things work so I could be missing something.

Could be but we never meet her in the party(and we know already most of the members. The vampire girl and the blonde doll too but MC don't know anything about them)

I don't suppose any one here would be able to recommend a decent game for me to try out that maybe I'm not aware of.

Not sure if anybody else mentioned either already, but Mythic Manor and Harem Hotel are both solidly on my "must play" list right beside BaDIK (even if I'm not all that taken with Mythic Manor's graphical presentation - though Harem Hotel pulls Illusion models damn well).

If you can tune out the incest, Long Live the Princess is excellent.

Ditto for Healslut. No incest so far, but a lot of parody and bizarre humor (if you enjoyed Monthy Python, you'll probably like this a lot)

Offcuts stands out for me not just because of the unique art style, but also being pretty "romantic" rather than outright sexual.

Happenstance has pretty unique setting and story. It's a mixed bag so far for me in terms of narrative, but I like the creativity of it.

Sanguine Rose for story, absolutely

Portals of Phereon for some serious management/tactical goodness, and Strive for Power for more of it

Tentacles Thrive if that's your thing - definitely unique art style and gameplay, even if it's Flash.

I believe I saw somebody mention the author directly stating that while BaDIK was intended to be a prequel, when he started writing it he changed things around to make it a stand-alone title within the same universe. So, some convergence, but not meant to have much in direct association between them.

Harem Hotel it's good game but no plot. If you like Honey select girls you will love it. There is also Dark magic(with honey select girls as well) and no incest too(you will love the red witch). "Time stamps" it's a good game. Unfortunately, contains incest but it's the only game with time machine theme.

Heavier topics will come out, and ignoring them feels like an affront to the effort the author puts into his creation. Though I can appreciate how most people would rather avoid inter-poster drama here. I'm not fond of it, either, but I think I'm allowed to state my impression of a character without getting jumped on by others (which is how this started)?

But I think it was something like Delta Iota Kappa is fairly new in the universe of BaDIK.
And Liam and AL's MC were far too old to have been around by that time.

Originally I recall DPC saying he wanted to make it the prequel game, but then he kinda threw that idea out the window because of things like the date and technology levels being rather different. Smartphones, especially, wouldn't have been prevalent at the time BaDIK would have to take place to blend in seamlessly to prequel Acting Lessons.

Different universe, different timeline, however you want to look at it. Not a prequel.

I've been realizing that out of all of the girls in game for me Sara is the one that stands out the most. I just cant figure out why.

Jill is straight so that wouldn't be an issue. What i was referring to is that when he made this render it was just before episode 4. Looking at it now after playing 4 it kind of tells of the inner conflict in their relationship before the resolution of episode 4. Where Josy was planning to move away from it all together and Maya was looking elsewhere. Their body language in the image kind of reflected that overall theme.

There was another scene or image I had got more context from as well after playing episode 4. Though this was more official since its actually in game.

That one made a lot more sense to me after hearing her story in episode 4. At first I had originally assumed she just said it because he cheated in general, but her reaction and words make far more sense now knowing it was with Cathy at one point in the past as well.

Agree with rape part, in my book the surprise here's a taser to the neck while getting woken up like that is a bit too much, one thing is getting tasered or tear gassed as a part of some iniatition shit and knowing it's about to happen, another is to get tasered while having no idea it's about to happen and the blame for that goes to at least four people.
A bit too far for me, doubt anybody would be all sunshine and rosy after that, anyone who says otherwise never got hit by a taser.

In RL some women and female friends of mine, like kissing with other females and they are straight(and some are curious about lesbian sex) . Anyway, i was joking.
