As for "personal plan",it looks like it`s personal only in a sens that she thought it herself,personally

She`s gonna be the president next year,because this is Sage`s last year in college.
No,her plan resolves around getting the money for the HoTs,the entire sorority.
She slapped Riona because Riona called her an idiot and Quinn does have a temper,Quinn kissed Riona right after that and the fact that Riona did argued and did called Quinn an idiot tells me,fear is not a factor here.
Riona is worried,about Quinn taking higher risks,about missing money in ep 3,I dont see anything that would point to Riona being afraid of Sage.

She slapped riona for her questioning quinn's intelligence regarding the whole HOTs catering business which they are clearly using it as a source of income for their drug habits and maybe as a way of paying their tuition through college. And riona is just stuck in all of this and is afraid of getting caught cause if they do bye bye college , bye bye sex , bye bye freedom and it seems like they owe people money too seeing how desperate quinn is in bring more new girls to her business like camila , drugs don't come cheap

I still think it's likely to be Troy (because of the guitar), but they could be fooling the lot of us and it's Magnar. Troy is just the more logical choice. It explains how your guitar got into his hands and then Sage's, and he (Chad) has already demonstrated extreme violence being fairly easy to trigger, so if Troy was trying to convince him to come out of the closet, he could have easily lashed out there to give him the black eye.

Magnar, though. Woof. There's no way AlphaJock would want anybody to have a clue he was involved with the geek squad. For him, being gay is bad enough without having to also be involved with the other social group. It's a double suicide for him if that gets out.

I make no apologies. No regrets. I refuse to say no homo. Everyone is a little bit gay. Accept it.

That said, its probably either some girl that we don't know, Zoey (MC first "girlfriend/fuck buddy), or a crossdresser. Those are my predictions.
