I've played this 5 times and right now i'm starting my 6th playthrough, even though i already unlocked all scenes and renders at my 2nd playthrough never gets bored.

Never watched American Pie, but when playing Being a DIK I felt a vibe similar to Bully, a game from PS2. But this VN has a little less violence I suppose

The English class did reminds me of Bully, though. But I don't think the vibes are the same. BaDIK is way better

It's where the humour side of it all comes from, yeah a few people have mentioned in the past it's a bit like Bully also I guess he has taken insperation from that.

I am happy with the number of people commenting on this game that took me away as few games on consoles did in terms of history.
The atmosphere in it reminds me a lot of the romantic comedies of the 80s with sex and good humor, and I am now waiting for each launch and theories of the players.
Speaking of theories, I keep thinking of some like:
What if Jill's older sister who died is the MC's mother?
What if Quin is in love with Maya and not with MC?
Is Sage the daughter of the director and Jade?
So many possibilities ...
I just hope to end the game with my Bella.

The less said about the Jill one the better that won't be the case.

With Quinn not so sure about that one either wouldn't say she is in love but she does like the MC. Maya only appeals to her but only if she can make money off her but that won't happen.

Now that is an interesting idea we know Jade has more than the one child and we know next to nothing about Sage so sure always a possibility.

Just finished Season 1 myself. I typically have a problem with most of these games as the quality dips noticeably in some areas but this stayed consistent all the way through. Is there any popular theory as to who's family Jill belongs to? Or Why Isabella is protective over Jill?

I just looked at all the 3 paths the game offers and paid attention to the story, about family connections I think we are in the dark for a reason. I don't care if I have incest in the game or not, I'm more interested in the story.

I think Mormont hit the nail on the head. I also believe Jill to be a Royce as I do not believe she is Rusty's sister or another relative of his. This just makes sense having her be a relative of one of the founders of the college than to introduce a whole new high society family in season 2. Bella was probably the best friend of Jill's sister growing up who, as was suggested, promised to look after Jill after her death.

I think the toughest choice in Being A DIK, if you go down Jill's route, will be having to choose between Jill and Bella. Hopefully if the MC chooses Jill that won't drive Bella over the edge and as result turns her psychotic like Leah ended up being in AL. That would really suck!

If I where to guess Sage's deal will be that she feels that she needs to present herself in a certain way, she dated Chad as a status symbol but she likes people who do what they want. I think Sage already knows about Quinn. Sage likes it when the main character is confident, sexually aggressive and puts down other people, she likes people like Quinn.

Episode 4 made it blatantly clear that Sage doesn't know anything about what Quinn is up to.

"Sage wouldn't be cool with you guys doing drugs" Tommy to Quinn, or something a long the lines like that.

Doubt Quinn is in love with anyone so far, but she does have some interest in the protagonist according to Sage.

Tybalt is likely the son of Burke and Jade, not Sage.

Yeah it is quite annoying. It is like some can't even hear a mention to someone's family members without screaming incest. Have notice this weird behaviour in a few threads already.

Sage made a deal with whoever the fuck for the financial benefit of the HOT's because as we already know she won't go for a sponser role whatever that is. Sage is in the complete dark regarding the voluntary prostitution and drug selling Quinn does. ALL the HOT's minus Arieth because she's a complete retard are in the know with regards to Quinn's shady business except Sage, the Sorority president who'll likely get the most blame should shit hit the fan as it likely will as we know Quinn plans on using Sage for whatever devious shit she's planning.

Sage the daughter of Jade? God, please no. That would not only make future hookups with each of them VERY awkward, but it would also mean Sage and Tyballs are siblings (or stepsiblings).

On the other hand, I might totally enjoy watching Tyballs find out you are bumping uglies with his love interest (hopefully), his sister, AND his mother.
