Yeah it's easier said than done tbh I'm quite invested in the story despite all the plotholes like I said it would have to take something extremely stupid to happen or a repeat of AL to happen for me to reconsider.
Not for me. I have a few games that I have on watch on here just so I can follow along and laugh at the stupidity. I'm just amazed at all the positive reviews and 10/10 games on this site that are straight garbage. Obviously most people's standards and mine are a touch different.

It is really painful to try to endure the garbage this people happily guzzle.

My only coment as someone who tried to be a dev, do better then, i agree that plot holes can be anoying, hell i get pissed at them to, but there is a right way to go through criticism, you pointed out the plot hole, and why it anoyis you, maybe the dev one day will fix it, maybe not, if it isn't for you, move the fuck on, also entertainment isn't about being logical, i do preffer when it is, but it is about entertaining, and as i said, if it doesn't work for you, move on.

I'm so used to games like Babysitter that have "checkpoints" where if you're score with a LI isn't high enough, it triggers a bad end that ends the game abruptly.

After reading the new strategy guide, it's kinda jarring to see how much of an asshole you can be to Bella/Jill on their paths and not trigger an scene where they kick you out of the house.

Don't have the talent. I don't know how to program or work DAZ. However, just cause I can't paint doesn't mean I can't look at a painting and tell if it's good or not. Dev's from what I can tell, mostly don't fix things. They have enough people who see good renders and H scenes and boom gold mine. What does story consistency matter?

After finishing episode 5 I have to say that I really like some side characters and I hope nothing bad happens to them. So far I find Jacob, Nick, Big A and Riona really cool. As for the LI, I hope Sage path will be worth it in the end (so far she's probably the most honest person the MC meets) and although I find Maya easy to like I have a feeling that she'll screw up big time.

It's nice to see that Quinn is every bit as incompetent as always in this episode.

Quinn has so far been able to run her businesses without Sage knowing about them because she has her complete trust. So naturally, Quinn thinks that the best thing to do now is to give Sage reason to doubt her by breaking a deal with the DIKs in order to create an opportunity for herself to make money by selling drugs to the preps.

This plan of Quinn's has the added effect of angering her partner in crime Tommy, who had trusted her to bring the HOTs to his party as was promised. The payoff for Quinn is... well... not much really. Turns out that the preps weren't interested in buying what she was selling. They wanted cocaine, while she's trying to sell cannabis. So this seems like a bit of an oversight on her part, considering the well known stereotype is that rich folk like coke.

Fortunately, she has her other business to fall back on. Her takeout service is now a delivery service, but it doesn't really pan out for her either. Camilla responds to your proposition by saying that Quinn would be angry if she gave something away for free, right before she gives it away for free. A short while later, we see Mona run out of a room shouting that she can't go through with something. What that something is, isn't spelled out, but it ain't hard to figure out. Camilla runs after Mona in a panic, while Burke exits seconds later while wearing those pinstripe pants you might remember spotting through that bathroom glory hole back in chapter one if you looked in there immediately after Quinn and Riona walked out.

So the day ends with Sage mad at Quinn, Tommy mad at Quinn, and everyone involved with Quinn worried that Mona might spill the beans. Unfazed by it all, Quinn takes everything in stride and comes up with a master plan to set everything right. Just kidding, she ends the day by getting high on her own supply.

I had previously complained about how much I hated the fact that the game didn't allow us to retaliate against Quinn in any way shape or form, despite the game giving us two perfect opportunities to effortlessly ruin her plans. But now, I'm starting to think that just sitting back and watching her ruin herself might be more entertaining. I'm not sure how much deeper she can dig this hole before everything collapses in on her, but at this rate she shouldn't last past the end of the season.

I don't think the story has plot holes. Rather, it is a limited possibility of narrating for given medium, indie VN. The size of the campus, the distance of the individual buildings, DPC did not deal with it, because it is not so important. Can you imagine where we would be in the story if DPC showed every move in detail?
I recommend to you to add to your logical evaluation the possibilities of the developer to tell a story of “what to tell” and at “what price / time”.

Then move on and let those that enjoy the game enjoy it. i wouldn't give this game a 10/10, for inconsistencies and other reasons it would be a 5/10 for me, and going lower.

Uh how about you not tell me what to do with my time, hmm? Don't like me great, I'm not here to win a popularity contest. There is a ignore button.

I'd say it's not so much plot holes as it is plot contrivances. The way that things inexplicably unfold in such as way as to drive the story in a certain direction even if they might contradict things that happened earlier.

I honestly think people should hold back on reviews I mean things could change further down the line and you've left it a 10 out of 10 but I guess a lot of people are basing it on the looks and replayability rather than the plotholes.

And this new argument about the quality of the game, it's not a game anyone with enough knowledge about games would call a really good game, it's decent... more on the good side for me considering ALL games on this site.

The problem that it's more or less a storydriven (adult) game, those work very differently from a game you play just to fap or whatever other reason. But it's been an enjoyable experience for me so far, so i'm satisfied for now.

Nonetheless, it's just an opinion, anyone can like or dislike any game they want. People are different like this.

For me I think the story is the most important part. If I just wanted good looking pics and sex I could watch real porn. However the whole point of a VN is its's a Virtual Novel. That means telling a story

Yeaaaahhh... it was probably Sage who got the deal with the Preps, her familly is loaded and she probably has contacts. Plus, she only got mad with Quinn because she didn't tell the DIKs about the Preps.
You're right. I just double checked and when you tell Sage that you snuck in to find out why the HOTs ditched the DIKs she tells you that they already had other plans and that we should already know this. Then she curses out Quinn for not telling anyone.
