Sometime when Jill smiles or show some more detailed expression on her face, it gets... weird. Now, it's her facelines, everyone has those, but hers? It makes her face looks like it's made of plastic or silicon and that it's being pulled by the expression she makes. The same happens with Josy sometimes.
