It's not up to the victim if charges are filed it's up to the police/prosecutor if charges are filed. If the person didn't press charge, you are able to exposed without any problem. Police can not do anything. If so, xhamster and all exposed pictures you can found on it will be closed immediatly

Well, there's a keyword in there IF the police become involved. And well, they won't.

Cathy will not press charges and will refuse any legal action to be moved against the DIKs. It fits her personality to be like this.
But even if they become involved, it's her right to press charges or not. There's only not enough evidence and the college won't risk their image with an official investigation. It's just too unlogical, the police can't simple force themselves to investigate something they shouldn't be investigating.

Edit1: Of course it depends on the case in question. Assault as you gave as an example is another level compared to a naked picture.

I think he have chich status as he said but not enough point with Maya and/or Josy because of some bad choice (points earned with minor choice is not visible so.... and with Maya, even peek on her can cost us points)

Posting pictures of someone else online without their permission is ILLEGAL. Read the contract that you have to sign for xhamster to post. Looking is fine however to post on there they have a HUGE contract you have to at least electronic sign. If someone who was on those films/clips didn't give their permission and brought it to xhamster attention they would pull it so fast heads would spin. Get a lawyer involved and OMG the staff would go crazy to accommodate the request.

Seems weird at 19. Most I know of are at either 18 (age of majority) or 21. If it's a partial release they normally go with incremental numbers 20, 25, etc. etc.

I’m not sure about the US, but over here you can specify in the last will and testament at which age and under which conditions a legacy or trust will be released. Although 18 or 21 would be the default choice like you said. Also it wouldn’t usually involve family members searching for the beneficiaries as suggested in discussions in this thread, The searching would typically be done by the notary public as they would have access state/municipal records. And he/she would send the letter.
Anyhow it might be different in other countries and I’m also not sure if DPC really thinks he needs to go into such detail....

Depends on the state. In certain states posting "Revenge porn" can get you a longer prison term than assault, no joking. Sexual Predator status for life. Your in the same category as rapists and child predators.

You are right. But as you said, she/he have to give permission. If she/he even don't know about it or, even better, decide to let it go (like no pressing charge ) ? Then, no problem ahead.
