The only characters that really need flashbacks are in my opinion are Bella and Quinn. Though I agree that its kind of a waste of time otherwise.

I don't think any violence will come into play with the bullying side of it from way back in ep3 I think it was brought up on here that Jill suffered a stutter and that's the reason why she was bullied but rich kids can make the worst kind of bullies so she could have just been a target for them.

It was a user that pointed it out a while back or it could have just been DPC writing but the user suggested that she shows signs of a stutter it's not as prominent but it's one of the ideas that stretched back to ep2-3

She does say that knowing there's competition isn't such a good feeling, but at this point in their relationship there are no strings attached and he was sort of already seeing them before her, so her being so cool about it and not getting too jealous or possessive is quite good of her and shows some maturity.
Technically they're not dating, they're just two horny animals in heat that can't keep their hands off each other.

Depends on what she knows about Bella's relationship with her husband and about what happened to cause the separation. She could still be totally opposed to infidelity regardless of that, but it could also be like Megan in AL; she's hurt by it, but also understanding.

Thats the problem though we don't know anything about her husband or how that stuff went down. Do we even know if they are actually separated? or if he is just away somewhere I mean Bella still wears her wedding ring doesn't she we know she at least still cares about her husband but is lonely and sexually frustrated hence her fooling around with the MC. If Bella's husband is still around somewhere and alive Jill might not be to happy with Bella cheating on him.

True, we don't know what the circumstances were, but we do know that Bella has "forgiven" him for something and was wanting him to come home, so whatever happened would appear to be his fault. If this is the case, I'd imagine Jill would side with Bella and might not think too badly of her seeking comfort in the arms of another man.
Of course, that "other man" being the MC is where the problems would arise as, like I said, she could go the Megan route of feeling hurt that her best friend and the guy she likes have been getting on but also recognise the positive change in Bella as a result of it and be somewhat accepting of it, or she'll be completely devastated by it and it will ruin her friendship with Bella and end the relationship with the MC. I'm hoping for the former, but that would mean DPC re-hashing a character dynamic from their previous game and I'm not super confident they'll do that.
Also, an interesting thing to note is that Bella isn't wearing her ring after the sauna scene.
Could this be a sign that she's finally moving on?

My guess is that particular character model just didn't have the ring for some reason. If we want an in-universe explanation, maybe she takes it off when doing something like cooking that would require cleaning it?

Yet Bella is completely aware of Jill's feelings and even gives her seal approval of the MC, and she knows that they went on a date so she's already of things progressing with them and probably wouldn't be too surprised if it progressed even further.
This is another thing that makes Bella such a mystery because her actions seem to be all over the place as she encourages Jill to get closer to the MC but she's also willingly getting closer to the MC, and less than a day after being driven to tears when kissing the MC in the library she beckoning him to follow her into the shower (if you stayed with her in ep 4).
Hopefully we'll get some answers soon, not just about her husband but her actions, because even if she's just insanely horny, she's technically betraying her friendship with Jill by doing these things with the MC and that needs an explanation.

True. Bella is still a complete mystery in this game and her personality is all over the place. I really hope with the patreon poll about her outfit she is the main focus in the next update. Bella, Quinn and Jill are the characters that badly need more fleshed out more in my opinion.
She is wearing it the night before and also when she throws her wedding picture, i assume she took it off after that.

I too expect that she will be the focus and not just of the next episode, but of the season as well. Given how much time we got to spend with her and Jill, and with all the little breadcrumbs like Jill noticing Bella smile after the MC plays the guitar, the conversation Bella and Jill had in bed, the MC asking Jill about Bella's husband, and Jill being curious about the locked door, I think they're going to be the focal point like how M&J were the focal point of the previous season.
