With every other character we know enough to confidently label them a cheater or not. However I want to hold up on calling Bella a cheater until we find what's going on with her husband and weather or not she's partly to blame for whatever's occurring or occurred.

Now some will be quick to say she obviously is since she's getting intimate with a younger guy while married however we have no idea wtf is going on in her marital situation. So I'm pulling her off to the side of cheaters for now at least until we get some more info.

Bella and Maya are at the opposite end of what we can call cheating.
Maya doesn't believe that her relationship with Josy is still going on, so she "cheats".
Bella believes she is in a relationship, so she considers her behavior to be cheating. We will consider her relationship dead, but she is deceiving her own beliefs.

EDIT: The question is what we consider to be superior self-belief, or formal comitment. I think both are important.

It doesn't work the way I tried it: I deleted one save to make that place empty and then I tried to save the same moment in that empty field, but with a given name. And the given name was not taken.

If i click on the empty field it saves with the usual name, if i click enter on the field with the new name it does nothing.. is there some trick?

They do work, as you can see in my screenshot. The problem you're having is:

DPC has restricted what characters can be used in valid save names to alphanumeric ([A-z]|[0-9]), space and underscore.

You included an & in your save name, which isn't in the range of allowed characters. So the game decided your save name text was invalid and ignored it, using the default datetime stamp instead. Take the & out and that would work.

Oh hell that gave me the chills, didn't you see that military guy standing in the corner of a room when you first came to Bella's house? Jumpscared the shiznips outta me... that's probably him standing there (rabbit hole being: is he dead and haunting the house? shame if you did anything sexual with his wife while he watched...)

I'm definitely not supporting Maya or Josy. They are both childish when it come to how they react to their own relationship.

So, what have we got here ? On one hand, the relationship between Josy and Maya lasts for quite some time. Derek says that they were together in high school and Maya was already into Josy. They had some time to improve their feelings for each other, and we know Maya's father was against it. Then they separate (Maya is really subdued to her father, we often can see it in every deeply religious familly), and Josy came back to her father's too. Distant love is not easy to live with, especially since we can suppose the two girls had some fight about it.
Remeber too Josy and Maya have quite opposite temperaments : Maya is very shy when Josy is really an easy-going girl, the former has some sexual complexes when the latter seems a lot more experienced. Maya is ice/nordic, Josy is fire/latin.
I'll get back to this later on.

On the other hand, they both met MC very recently. They both had a crush on him. For that reason, they both have some difficulties to qualify their relationships with him. It's quite obvious, during the discussion into the Diks ruined library, in ep.4. Josy and Maya use the word "love" to qualify their girl-girl relationship. "Love" is never used between them and MC.
If you want to see this word of "love", you must reject them (want only friendship) in ep.4, then take back Josy to her dorm in ep.5, after she met her father : "How can you feel loving feelings for two persons at the same time".
Just after, Josy says : "she was the only one who was certain for me at that moment".

Is that a childish reaction ? I think, on the contrary, it's a really mature way of thinking !!

Now, let's talk about the future (on the Josy/Maya route).
As I said before, Josy and Maya are very different. MC may be the cement wich will stenghten the union into a happy throuple. However, it will be difficult and MC will have to be very carefull with his choices in the future, and not to always favor the same girl. The risk of developping jealousy is very high. I really hope that it will be possible, that would be my favorite ending, without any doubt.

I think there is also a possibility for MC to end with one or the other girl. As I said before, since Josy and Maya are so different, I don't think their couple could go on for long. They fought in the past, they will fight in the future. So, if MC make the choice to stay friend with them in ep. 4, we know that feelings are still strong. When MC talks with Derek in the preps house in ep.5, you can choose an option ("feelings for Maya" or "feelings for Josy") wich raise up a flag into the game's code :

We can bet that it will have some importance later, and may conclude to a couple MC-Maya or MC-Josy.

Speaking about all the LIs, they all are emotionally unstable and they all have huge contradictions.
And fortunately !!! Without that, it wouldn't be such an intersting story and we wouldn't take all this time to comment it !

- Sage : unable to split with Chad, even if we know he feels nothing for her (from the beginning it seems, see the flashback in the beginning of ep.5). She is still jealous, angry, she "hates" him... but she is totally unable to forgot him (for the moment...)

- Maya : she discovers her bisexuality (I totally agree with mizilic on that subject) and it could be a great and sudden shock for her. She can't surmise what happened after that. Don't mention her rocky relationship with Josy...

- Josy : assumed bisexual, she has to manage her complicated relationship with Maya and her recent crush for MC... Not easy !

- Bella : she is torned by conflicting emotions. She is highly attracted by MC, but still wants to be faithful to her husband... It seems that she is totally unable to resist and to make any choice. Even better : nevertheless, she pushes Jill into MC's arms ! (to protect herself ???)

- Jill : she is the most mysterious of all... Can you imagine a girl like her, around 21 years old, gorgeous, rich, intelligent, nice and friendly, simple, helpfull, so in only one word : perfect, could be a virgin (we don't know exactly, but it's very probable) and so uninterested about dating guys ? Even if we know her very romantic personality, it's however very strange she seems to never had experimented love or even tried more than one date or two... There must be something missing in his past, and I bet DrPinkCake holds some surprises for us !

I completely agree with Laurelin on the situation and I don"t feel Josy and Maya as childish as you think.
I would even say that DPC has managed to capture the complexity of a difficult, long-distance relationship, with all the ambiguities due to homosexuality in our society. I'd even say bisexuality on this situation

For my part, I'm sure that ending up with both will be impossible and you'll have to choose, hence the flag "ep5_feelingsForMaya = True" or "ep5_feelingsFor Josy = True".

And the rest of the game will put us face to face with some big choices.

I don't think DPC is so sadistic as to insert decisive turning points (at least towards the LIs) at the beginning of the story, which force the player to replay practically from the beginning...

They are already in assumed relationship. Then MC wants to take part of it. Josy and Maya have first to agree with that. They both know the danger is great : lose everything !

and if you think about what Josy tells him in the dorm afterwards it's even worse


in absolute sincerity: that they want to remain friends doesn't make much sense. Josy and MC have never been friends, perhaps on the bike ride ... with Maya can we say there is friendship? it could be, but it is a friendship built on continuous lies and omissions, not a solid one.
but once MC forgives them he cannot deny them friendship, but a friendship that has no value.

even more how do they stay friends once MC declares that he feels more than friendship for them?
can you be friends with an ex who still says he loves you?
