You can unlock all the bonus renders with any one of the paths. But to complete the scene gallery you'll need to do all 3 paths, for obvious reasons.

I raised the idea before, I interpret the inconsistency as her biology rubbing up against her morality. She doesn't want to cheat on her husband. With full rationality she pushes the MC away, she pushes him towards Jill and always says after they're together "never again". When emotionally and physically intimate with him she loses control (it's like a sneeze she says). Which is a fairly common biological response. There's entire systems built into human biology to make us want to fuck. Systems to assuage guilt, bond us to people. Every man here knows the change in how you think after you cum. Brain chemistry is a fickle mistress.

On top of this she says herself the MC has awakened something in her that's been long dormant (in bed after the kiss she masturbates and says how no man has made her feel like this in years). I take her inconsistency as her being in that first stage of an affair. The flood of hormones, the affair fog as they call it. She knows it's wrong to cheat with an 18 year old but every time the MC initiates with her (IIRC it's always him at least starting things, he might not kiss her first but he's being sexual with her first) this repressed sexuality and desire to be intimate takes over and she gives in... only to come to her senses and tell him they can't be together when the dopamine wears off and she's got the proverbial post-nut clarity.
