If you only plan on playning one route then sure. If you plan playing other girls' routes it will eventually be an issue.

Yeah, that's why I said in a previous comment on this subject that all the discussions around Maya potentially being driven to join the menu are moot because when she finds out about it she won't do it, and enough time will likely pass in the game that her character develops more and there would be no need of her to do such a thing anymore, and also that Quinn's operation will more than likely be gone by the end so there would be nothing to join anyway.

One simple answer for all 3: the story revolves around the MC. What's going on with Quinn is a side story for now, but it won't be forever and will inevitably involve the MC one way or another. The MC is the centre of this story and we've already seen several instances of the MC and Quinn interacting, which means that should Quinn find herself in need of help to get out of the situation she finds herself in, the MC will be someone that she turns to.The whole situation with Quinn it's too far-fetched.
1. Why Quinn has to ask for help and why we?It's not in her nature and MC not thinking about her. We don't know, maybe she really enjoying this!
2. MC knows nothing about drug trafficking. And why would he be interested in that? Maybe MC was smoking weed and then switches to harder drugs?
And here is the dark side of the story!
3. Quinn could maybe blackmail the MC? It's an altogether absurd idea, this requires hundreds of different variables! How will she implement this? IF my MC wasn't sleeping with anyone except Maya and Josy.
Lets begin, fanfic writers.!
The details on how this will happen are what's open for speculation, but however it happens it will undoubtedly be done in a way that works on every path and makes sense in the context of the story, even if some people can't see how it could happen right now.

That's a definition for 'NTR', yes (although it's more about characters we're involved with, rather than 'interested in').
'Corruption' applies more to taking a pure, innocent character, and slowly (usually through blackmail or psychological abuse and manipulation) 'breaking' them and turning them into a whore.

I wasn't trying to be pedantic at all. I honestly just don't see anywhere in your response where you define 'corruption', which was his specific question. Instead, you defined a version of NTR, which is completely different. He also mentioned NTR in his post, so I thought you had read his post as a question about NTR and that's why you were answering in that way.
As far as a 'simple' explanation (of my understanding of the tags, at least)...
NTR = cheating or sharing
Corruption = turning an 'innocent' girl into your own personal cumdumpster, sometimes using not very nice means. (no 3rd party involvement required)
