Well, sooner or later the MC will need to decide who will be the "ONE" (or in their case "TWO")... Most likely much later because, as you pointed out, there needs to be a lot more meaningless sex in college before he gets serious.That's assuming it resolves a lot of these lingering issues, but it probably won't. In this particular case, Maya and Josy still need to have a proper discussion with the MC about their feelings for him, each other, and about what exactly was going on with them. People still get mad because they don't understand them and we need more character exploration so that we can, and until then, if it even happens at all, these arguments will continue to crop up every so often.
I keep forgetting that this is the CW version of writing... No one actually talks about anything until it blows up in their faces/endangers everyone.
