Let's also remember that DPC said this one episode could take 4-6 hours on first playthrough (something I have a bit of a hard time believing), and the testers will have to go through every possible variation of the game's choices to check for bugs, spelling errors, etc, and when you think about how many paths this game has and that this episode will likely advance them more than the previous one, then that's going to require some time.

So it's no wonder they said they might need 2 weeks for this phase when you consider that there's potentially a lot to be checked.

Yeah the potential length of the episode makes me think the 13th is the more likely of the two dates.

I'd prefer this week, but then I'd also prefer to be playing Shadowlands right now but you take what you can when you're a fan of this gaming business.

I disagree that it is the best. It is One of the better ones though. Probably is the best college trope one. Writing could be better. Renders are great. It is popular.
as good or better ones:
Heavy Five, City of Broken Dreamers, Timestamps 1&2, Deliverance, Life Happened, Become a Rockstar, Leap of Faith, Sisterly Lust. Those are off the top of my head. Try them out. You can stop hyperventilating about this update a lot easier.

The last Leap of Faith update just about had me in tears on the Stephanie route. I'd recommend Intertwined and Melody as well. But AVNs are subjective. What is great to one maybe meh to others.

In my opinion, Leap of Faith is one of the most underrated games on this site. It's up there with BaDik and City of Broken Dreamers!!

Totally agree on this, also Summer´s Gone has a lot of potential, although it does not have sex scenes for now, the quality of renders and animations is at the same level as BaDik.

But during the pool scene she says " Hope you have forgiven me". Does that mean she was the one who cheated but then why did she those things in Library scene? Or was she referring to being intimate with MC?

Bella’s husband hasn’t been home before MC was in college, but there is small talk that her husband was apart of the army and died but she still believes that he’s alive. And the reason people think he’s apart of the army is because there is a mannequin in one of Bella’s room and when MC was drunk he saw the mannequin as a army dude, and the mannequin/army dude looks like Bella’s husband.

Or just use the mod to see the answers. Disabling mini-games results in Caleb knocking you down.

And I see what you mean, and you can of course express your opinion! I have no issue with thinking something is the best. The key words being "you think" which I of course do not take issue with. Blanket declaration that BADIK is the best however, as I was addressing in the original post, I do take issue, as well as the constant ignorance of folks trolling about release dates. Simply searching through the thread for no more than a page or two will reveal the dates of Nov 6-13 many times over. Scrolling is a lost art. Then proclaiming no other game meets the bar as a blanket statement is also an issue as I stated. Your opinion is noted and valued. Especially as you know HOW to state an opinion. That also seems to be a lost art!

Obviously you don't have to think the game is best, obviously critisms are appreciated. It just seemed -I guess to some fellows here- you were being a smartass with that "you may stop hyperventilating" thing, it seemed that you were agitated that some people see BaDIK as the best game out there. I don't think you can justify that 'rudeness' with people who happens to ask a lot about release date.

The main links in the OP are for the 0.5.2 version of the game which is unpacked and won't work with the patch.

For the clean 0.5.0 version, you can either get it with the torrent (first quoted post) or by checking some of the following links (second quoted post):

Once you have that, then all you'll need to do is get the 3GB update patch when it's released.

You also shouldn't need to play the whole game again from the start as long as your saves are clean, which means that you didn't make saves after you adjusted stats and variables with the mod or using the Ren'py console. If you have done that, then yes, you will need to run through the game cleanly to start Ep 6, otherwise you'll be fine.
