Could just be that beta testing is progressing but last weeks status update mentioned beta testing has started (could have started days earlier) and that the released date will be announced when he knows about the workload for bug fixes. By tomorrow the beta testing could have been going for close to 2 weeks and be mostly done with a lot of bugs already fixed and the rest not taking too long. DPC also said release date will be sometime in the first half of November which would be next week(of course it could be late though if he had issues). October 3rd status update did also say a released date would be announced when beta testing has started and that has been at least a week so far.
Also on May 2nd there was still a few things to do and episode 5 was released on May 29th. On October 3rd there was less stuff to do for episode 6 and it has been an extra week already.
I could be completely wrong and the release date won't be announced tomorrow. I do think it will be but a lot of that is just hope so I can make some time and finally play episode 6 and see Riona again.
Information would be a lot easier to find if it wasn't buried under pages of meme attempts. Plenty of unrelated side conversation is forgiven while people who can't be asked to read through 20 pages of "who is best gril" to find the date are shat upon.

Why would you want to know a release date is something I will never understand. But if you are so desperate for it, you can always use the search function. You'll probably get the same answer quicker and without exposing yourself to be perceived as an annoying, useless (insert your favourite insult here).
The way I interpret that scene is based on how Tommy's character seems to be written as a totally self-centered prick in every sense of that word. As such, Tommy seem to be not happy about the fact that MC is quickly surpassing him in popularity within the DIK ranks, especially considering how he treated MC at the very beginning, when he tricked MC into stealing a pair of HOT panties but still refused to let him stay inside the DIK frat house.

Honestly hope you're right, but will remain cautiously optimistic for now.
It would be easier if we still had the Popular Games section of this site where games such as this had their own sub-section and there could be a separate thread for all the "update when?" questions, thereby keeping the main discussion thread clean.

Searching N7 in the member bit is easier and shows all status updates and previews.
It's not even the release date necessarily. Check the thread once a week and there are 40+ new pages of mostly reaction images and polls on best girl. And then those same people flooding the thread with mostly worthlessness act wounded when someone just asks point blank.

Thing are easy. This is a lively thread, so yeah, if you come here once a week you'll have tons of new pages full with the same discussions all over again. Either you embrace it and join the fun or you try to search for the specific content you came here to see - using the forum tools. Because you can be sure you're not the only one and most definitely not the first one who has that super important question that is bothering you so much, so the answer will be here, somewhere. And guess what, whenever there are official news in Patreon or whatever, there's always someone who brings them here. Nobody needs to ask anything, yet the answers appear when you look for them! It's magic!
Now, if you don't want to invest 2 minutes of your super valuable time looking for that thing that feels super important to you (but you're wiling to wait more and see if someone kindly answers you)... well, maybe it wasn't THAT important, was it? And sure you're going to be trashed by regulars if they feel you're just being lazy or borderline trolling. Even the most polite ones have their limits.

I think he is pouting becouse he can see that the MC is rising the ranks and that tommy might be overmatched by MC sooner rather then later, wich is a direct attack to his chain in command, becouse i think that the MC (Me) is getting more and more respect from Rusty even to the part where MC gets more respect then tommy does, making US 2nd in command after Rusty resigns or goes to da next school.
on the other hand, he can be happy that i didnt bang his sister in this current playthrough

Great chances friend, After all the DPC said that the launch would be in the first fortnight of November, so it has great chances that it MAYBE to announce the launch date tomorrow or launch in the middle of the week
Without the intention of creating any polemic here, can I understand what is the issue with people asking for information that, to many, might appear superfluous yet it is still:
- Information pertinent to the specific game forum
- Not breaking any forum rule
- Not rude or offensive
At the end, it does take minimum effort clicking "Reply" and dropping few words. It's not like this forum is tidy and we want to keep it immaculate...
