No they weren't. Ep 5 was released on the 29th of May, and Ep 6 was released on the 13th of November.
Updates are usually between 4 and 5 months apart.

The patron level to see previews haven't been leveled up. This means that this preview is special somehow, I just want to know why.

There were a couple of $30 previews that eventually made there way here (can't remember which ones they were) during th last update cycle, so we might see this eventually. N7 seems to only post the previews of the $10 tier, whether they're in-game previews or special render previews, but not anything higher than that.
Also, the last preview render that had "???" as its title was this:
So it could be something similar in that it's a scene with a lot of mystery and intrigue to it.

Its a woman, looks a bit like Jill. Has glasses on. Black bob style hair cut, looks like a mole or blackhead spot of her right cheek, left as you look at her.

Worth to find out because I already knew the answer.
I just started a combination "manwhore" & "Sage Only" playthrough.
The "Huge DIK" version of the MC is kind of repulsive to me, so in most playthroughs I've been Neutral at worst, but in my previous "Sage Only" runs, it left a lot of plot holes: Why is MC acting like a sarcastic dick with Sage but super nice to everyone else.
For this run, my MC will be super obnoxious most of the time, sleep with anything that moves, beat the shit out of Troy, push away Josy, Maya, and Bella with his sleazy behavior, and tell Jill he's not a nice guy, leaving him with Sage by default.
There will be limits to his dickishness, though: he won't push his dad for more money or try to kiss Sage in the rain. By that point in their relationship, the two have bonded enough that even he would recognize what a shitty move that would be. (The options to hit on Sage in the rain, as she's having a breakdown, are too horrifying for me, even when my MC is a total asshole.)
Can't wait!
