I don't see him being a "foil", but rather as a mirrored version of Vinny, but better than him; someone who can seem at times to be similarly resourceful, single-minded, and ambitious, but who does things for the benefit of others not himself, which is the difference between him and Vinny.

If they are to ever meet and "butt heads" I reckon it would be within Quinn's story since we know that Vinny has seemingly become something of a rival for Quinn in the sense that he's doing better than her in selling the drugs. So maybe he'll offer her some sort of shady deal to help her and this is where the MC would come in to help/counsel Quinn so she doesn't go through with it. I don't, however, see Vinny being the "mastermind" of anything.

To me, that's what a a foil is: someone who highlights attributes of the main character through contrast. Vinny and the MC are charismatic and inspirational, and both changed the nature of the DIKs. Vinny turned them from a rich boys fantasy into a real fraternity, and the MC turned them from a fraternity into a family. The difference is that while Vinny was extremely polarizing, the MC is unifying.

And that's why I think their eventual conflict will involve the DIKs. One of them will effectively cement his legacy and determine what the DIKs will be going forward (my money is on the MC). Quinn's empire might be the spark that brings the matter to a head, but I don't think it will end there because the MC hasn't had much to do with it (nothing at all, in some playthroughs).

There's no problem with it. Not everything in this game is a conspiracy or some convoluted scheme, some things could be just as simple as they appear. If it's anyone other than them then it gets into that needlessly convoluted area again, and this is one time where we really don't need it.

Also, like I said, maybe by the time they got around to Nick's room is the time when the DIKs came back or maybe they just couldn't be arsed by that point as they'd had their fill. Nick's room also looks pretty plain and empty anyway so maybe there wasn't much to mess with other than flipping his bed over or something like that.

There's no problem with it. Not everything in this game is a conspiracy or some convoluted scheme, some things could be just as simple as they appear.

Based on writing quality that I could see thus far from BaDIK(cliche as it might be[on purpose]), I have hard time accepting that Nick's room being untouched and it being discussed between Nick and MC within the game is of no consequence. Perhaps it isn't "Nick's a mole" and attempt at frame instead, but regardless of why, I think it's there for a reason.

I'm really hoping that DPC makes Quinn a main LI relatively soon. With the buildup of hers and MC's playful relationship since the beginning, and into the emotionally supportive, caring relationship that we saw in "Damage Control" I do see them as becoming way closer than they are now. I know a lot of you are all "Anti-Quinn" but as I see it, I believe she may have one of the most complex story arcs out of all the girls except for possibly Bella with her husband missing and all. I'd love to see Quinn's entire backstory in a scene where she finally opens up to MC about why she is the way she is and that develops into MC becoming protective of her.
I dunno, like I said I know a lot of you are anti-Quinn but I'm hoping for more Quinn.

I don't have a huge amount of experience in these games for reference, but for a non-LI, Quinn seems to be more integral than any non-LI in other games I've played. Her character and the story surrounding her seems to be fairly significant.

the ultimate moral slap is that Mona would be her "daughter", and she practically enters and exits the HOTs and BR without any interaction with her. by comparison Tommy is much more present for good and bad in the week of MC


three times we see her "working" for the HOTs, when she wakes up early in the morning to review the accounts (which are either false, or she doesn't understand), when on the evening of the party at the DIKs she goes alone to some event (which one? what?), and finally when during the car wash she gives tough orders to Quinn who of course will not respect them ...

in the end Heather's judgment is quite truthful, too distracted by other (graduate and Chad) she has completely lost the reins of the HOTs.

If you compare her to other HOT's, it seems she's the one who has her head on the straightest. That conversation her and MC had in the Library while she was studying for her dissertation when she said "Don't go full one way or the other, find a medium" pretty much explains her motives. While all the other HOT's seem solely busy with Sorority life, Sage is balancing Sorority life with classwork.
