Actually you're wrong about that. Even if you ignore Maya/Josy for 99% of the game your still forced into the encounter with her dad and there's no way around it, hell its one of the few cannonical events that happen in the game for EVERYONE regardless of what paths/routes your on.

indeed in my opinion it is after having conquered her (Jill or any other LI) that the beauty of the story could begin.
I give stupid and trivial examples just to give the idea.
MC chooses Sage, and with her he cleans and rebuilds the HOTs both as an image, after the scandals, and as a group. or together they rebuild a healthy relationship with her family
Mc chooses Jill, there is all the social gap to overcome, Neil who has to face the ghosts of the past of a relationship dortely conditioned by the fact that Lynette's family has never accepted "a poor man" among them, could even go so far as to oppose to the report making Mc.
there is so much to say after "the first night"
if anything, I am more concerned about what Holy Bacchus says, the idea of playing the last 7-8 chapters (in view of the 20 total) in a regime of complete fidelity promises to be a very boring path
on the first character I would say that I aim at 80% on Maya, 10% Sage and 10% Quinn

not when you do what you love! i clocked in 2 days around 20 hours and the minimum for that week was 12 hours ! with an average of 14 hours a week for that month, if you do what you love you wont work a single day in your life! yes i´m no longer 20 somethings and once you hit a certain age you need longer to recover! once you hit a few milestones there´s plenty of previleges that you acquire and well run companies know the right incentives to reward you properly! been shown that small rewards scatered trough out time makes more productive workers!
as for if the game is going to have 20 episodes i´m calling it out right now there will be one episode for each main LI so from the 15th onward you get an update for each path possible and ofc the last one for the man whore path! I´m still so going to go and replay ep5 refuse all sex except Sage and start my Harem route where i become the king of the hot`s Sarah eyes heather tits Quinn ass all mine!
I wonder if it can be considered multiple personalities having 120 saves ?

Well, based on current dev times and provided they don't get longer, you're looking at the completion of a 20 episode game by around late 2026, or early to mid 2027.
From the Q&A, "I try to include characters in the story, even if the player has no romantic interest in them."
So, yeah, that's why they're here to stay.
Quinn is probably the only side girl who might have a secret ending if you don't end up with any main LIs but hit specific flags with her.

Gonna be very unlikely to hit 12 episodes. He is already force feeding, and that is a sign of some death or housefire or some shit like that. While being positive, I am saying he will resolve it, perhaps dramatically, but no way it goes beyond 12 episodes. Frankly we may not hit 10.
No side girls suddenly becoming LI, and that includes the extremely popular but still side girl Quinn. Sadly also includes Envy/Nicole, Jade, and or Cathy. No Cammy, no Sara..... And probably no LI hahahaha

Don't delude yourselves, everybody knows all the LI's are just a decoy and only and true secret ending is marriage with Jade after she divorces Burke once he goes to jail. All the M&J triangle players get the rope for being excluded from true route and true ending.

It's like you have a version of this game you are developing in your head, and you get hurt everytime Pinkcakes goes a different route. Just because you can't imagine a game that goes 20 episodes doesn't mean it's not possible.
