I don't understand one thing. We know that Arieth is the main source of crabs. Technically, we know that all DIK had crabs except MC and Derek (in my playthrough Derek is clean). Technically, those Jocks who have been slept with her also had crabs as well. Let's say there is cross contamination of crabs between the DIK and the HOT - For example (take it as example only) - Tommy fucked Heather, Rusty fucked Riona, etc. It means that shit has been passed on to the girls as well if i'm not wrong. Based on our personal playthrough, let's say our MC fucked Sarah, fucked Riona, fucked Melanie and etc, so technically by now our MC should also had crabs as well, am i wrong ?

Do we know Arieth is the source of the crabs though? All I remember is Jacob saying he found out that he had crabs and, having got the medication, was sharing it with the rest of the Diks as a precautionary measure. We don't even know if Arieth has crabs; the fact that Jacob fucked her and then learnt that he has crabs proves that he has crabs, nothing more. Everything else is speculation.

We can speculate that Derek, Rusty and Nick have crabs since they fucked her recently (or claimed to in Nick's case, we don't know for sure) but there's no proof of where they got them and it's worth noting that crabs are the one STI that you can catch from non-sexual contact such as sharing a towel or from bedding.

Pretty much every theory about Bella has zero evidence to support it, bar one; mutual cheating and separation. Bella's inner voice asks for forgiveness for being "intimate with a friend" in Ep 3, then Bella's inner voice forgives James for something he did when she's getting hot-and-heavy with the MC in the pool in Ep 4.
