Even then, they can only do that if they know exactly who did it and in order for that to happen the person who "leaks" it has to have the same username on some other website as they do on Patreon, but that's the magic of the internet; people can have anonymity. Also, what exactly can they do from a legal standpoint? Trying to sue or prosecute anyone from posting these images would be frivilous and probably cost them more money than it's worth.

Besides, thousands of people will see this image in a month or so anyway, so what does it even matter if it gets out there for everybody to see?

I don't understand one thing. We know that Arieth is the main source of crabs. Technically, we know that all DIK had crabs except MC and Derek (in my playthrough Derek is clean). Technically, those Jocks who have been slept with her also had crabs as well. Let's say there is cross contamination of crabs between the DIK and the HOT - For example (take it as example only) - Tommy fucked Heather, Rusty fucked Riona, etc. It means that shit has been passed on to the girls as well if i'm not wrong. Based on our personal playthrough, let's say our MC fucked Sarah, fucked Riona, fucked Melanie and etc, so technically by now our MC should also had crabs as well, am i wrong ?

Crabs isn't like a disease or infection. It's an infestation. If detected and the area is shampooed and the eggs are killed, the crabs are gone. It's not like herpes or chlamydia, which can pass from person to person unknowingly for years, often without symptoms. Having said that, of course the unprotected sex that the MC has with all of these characters would in real life mean that he, along with Quinn, Riona, Camilla, Nicole, etc. would all almost certainly be loaded up with STDs. Thankfully this is just an AVN, though. Having characters in AVNs wear condoms is even worse than seeing porn stars wear condoms, in my view.

Nicole is a queen. She looks after herself and doesn't sleep around. Even Sandy seemed surprised at how affectionate Nicole was with the MC which to me says that she isn't all that active on the dating/casual sex scene and the MC is getting a very rare treat.

Well, she certainly now has whatever Sandy has (MC shoved his diseased dick in both of them, front and back) and Sandy doesn't exactly strike me as a stripper with Jill levels of sexual cleanliness. I just don't like having to deal with STIs in porn games. Yes, I know they are part of the real world, but I hate it when devs try to get preachy about those topics. I wish DPC didn't include Neil's "talk" because now that it's been established as a potential issue in the B&R world, we are going to have it hanging over our heads from now on.

To me, it doesn't feel like this is something these characters would do, at least not openly.

With Sage, it feels like the best track for her going forward would be to just continue the FWB arrangement, even if she's starting to feel something more for the MC. Remember that she's a 4th year and will be graduating at the end of the current academic year, so she'll likely be heading off somewhere far from B&R and in order to avoid a painful break-up or likely unsuccessful long distance relationship, she may not want to start a proper relationship with the MC to spare herself more heartbreak. She still might feel those feelings of jealousy or suspicion when she sees how he is with other girls and they with him, but she'll probably bottle that up since we know from Ep 6 that this is something of a family trait.

With Quinn, she very much hides how she really feels under this mask of non-chalant bitchiness, so she too wouldn't actively show any jealousy and in some ways I can see her at least convincing herself that she doesn't care about him being with other girls or other girls being interested in him, but deep down she might be even though she won't show it.
