Also this story probably resonates with a lot of us. I'm sure many had this dream of joining a college frat or something and partying like crazy. My college experience was very dull, so this game is like how I wanted my college experience to be .

I agree! I really enjoyed the D&G stuff. If I had to complain about anything, I wonder where the whole rebuild-the-DIK-mansion stuff is going to go. If restoring/repairing the house allows for other activities to happen (for example, repair the TV room so you can invite Josy and Maya over and watch movies, or repair the main party room so the DIKs can have another party, etc.) then it makes sense to invest that kind of time and effort, but the whole point of that is not clear to me yet. DPC is a very talented developer and so I trust that he's thinking about that, but sometimes I do get the sense that he does some stuff just to flex his game development muscles. I admire that he's building skills in other areas to broaden the game. I imagine he's eyeballing that "overwhelmingly positive" rating he has on Steam and is hoping that a much bigger, broader season 2 will help him sell more copies, etc.. But it's important that each episode advance the story and have the kind of adult action that really engages the fans and Patreon supporters. First and foremost, I got hooked on Being a DIK for the story, characters, and the hotness. For me, the D&G stuff fits well within that. The scenes are funny, we get to spend some time with characters like Magnus and Sally (love me some Sally), and our MC's imagination allows for all kinds of other fun, besides.For all the flack DPC receives for DnG, I hope we haven't seen the last of it.
I get it that people want the MC to have sex in the "real" world and not inside his imagination while playing the game, but I actually enjoy it. Who knows, as these DnG games progress, marginal characters (like Sally and KRJ) get a chance to shine.
And Sally, she shines diamond in these scenes, taking Tybalt down a notch, getting thrown into bushes...
If KRJ gets roped into the next game, I think it could be pretty hilarious!
Anyway, if we're lucky we'll see episode 7 come out in April. With all the new hardware at DPC's disposal, he's been cranking out the animations like crazy and has said he's wrapped up (or is close to wrapping up) the longest "lewd scene" yet. Don't know what that's going to be with, but I can't wait to see it.
