The game crashes for certain saves but not all (So sometimes I have to replay and start off from an earlier save when the latest one crashes). How do I delete the save (" <game_folder>/game/save/persistent" this part)? Would that mean I have to restart the game?

Yeah, pretty much. So far RP just gives you slight variations on scenes, like in Ep 3 if your RP is high enough with Maya she'll let the MC rub her pussy when she's on top of him, and in Ep 5 Josy will give the MC an ass job if the RP is high enough.
Considering the contentious relationship between Tommy and Josy, I doubt he'd buy her and her friends alcohol.How could I have missed that.

Tommy's just an ass and that's clearly something Josy doesn't like. It doesn't have to relate to his treatment of anyone in particular, it's more than likely just Tommy's general behaviour and demeanour. There's probably also some resentment-by-association in there too, what with Tommy being Monica's son and Josy may see Monica as a bit of a "homewrecker", therefore Josy doesn't like Tommy because of Monica.
