The 1st is a sort-of threesome scene with Mona and Camila in a bathroom stall in Ep 3, but you need to have Huge DIK Status to get it.
The 2nd is Quinn and Riona at the end of Ep 3 and it requires you to have bought at least 2 services from Quinn.
The 3rd is if you stay with Sage in Ep 4 and you fuck Melanie in the shower, but it has minimal involvement from Sarah who comes in at the end.
The 4th is Mel and Sarah giving the MC a double blowjob in Ep 5 which requires Massive DIK Status.
