Because that's not what the game is telling us. The problem here is not any personal preference on my part, it's that people are actively choosing to ignore what the game is indicating simply because they don't want her to be a virgin. It's not that I want her to be, it's that the game is strongly suggesting she is.



If this game made it more ambiguous, I'd say it could go either way. If this game made it clear she wasn't a virgin and people were saying she was, I'd be pointing out how she isn't. But this game is sending very strong signals that she is and the personal preferences of others are causing them to be blind to those signals.

I like facts, that's undeniable. But facts don't always tell us everything. DPC also works a lot with gestures and facial expressions, which should be taken into account when interpreting scenes. Furthermore, in my opinion, DPC also uses knowledge of human nature.

The game implying that something Happened between Jill and Bella. What Assumption people make about it will not make it real until its confirmed .

and Jill being a virgin or not being a Virgin, at this point is just an assumption. Not a fact . at least, accept this.

It is difficult to find a correct answer to this question, because there are different interpretations for both answers. Since there is no explicit fact for both possibilities, they are only assumptions and I can't help but agree with ChipLecsap on this point.

She talks about these "persistent guys who would stop at nothing" to get a date with her, that the dates "weren't very enjoyable", that her "frame of reference" for dating "isn't the best", and most notably the fact that she's clearly uncomfortable with both thinking and talking about "intimacy and things of that nature". She neither seems like a girl who rushed into sex once and then put up these walls around herself to not rush into it again, or who ever got to the 3rd date with any of these "persistent" guys.



It seems to me to be quite clear as day that she's a virgin, and I don't say this because it's a kink of my mine because it isn't, or at least it's not something I ever really think about, I say this because this game seems to be making it a pretty clear-cut case.



In the context of Jill's character, it makes perfect sense. She's a shy, sheltered, naive girl who has antiquated views on dating "rules" and who is looking for a genuine, sincere, heartfelt connection with the one that she'll eventually give her v-card to.



From everything she's said, it's clear that no guy has come along yet that has been that for her, until now.

BaD is a game that is partly composed of fiction and real experience components. DPC mixes fantasy and his experiences in the story.

DPC has certainly had a few dates in his life. I can tell by the fact that MC told Jill at the beginning of this date that he himself doesn't want to hear on a first date what problems the respective date partner has with any former partners.

On a first date everyone shows his best side (and DPC knows that too).The only thing we can claim with relative certainty is that Jill is interested in the MC. And here facts separate from knowledge of human nature.

Why the hell would Jill tell the MC on the first date that she has already had sex with one or more guys or maybe women?

In the worst case the MC could take distance from Jill and that is not what Jill wants.

I'm gonna say she's sweating from the run and about to go for a dip with the MC who's accompanying her on her run, or maybe the MC goes for a run with Maya and they bump into Jill and there's a choice between spending time with Jill or staying with Maya.

A nice thought that I really like.
But I have to disrupt this thought because there is a clue who the MC could be jogging with and meets Jill. I don't know the name now, but there is a DIK brother who offered the MC to jog together. If the two then meet Jill and MC proposes to go swimming together, this could bring the blush to Jill's face. (For Jill fans: Maybe there will be sex in the water between Jill and MC).

It's all just suspense. DPC will want people to think that something big will go down, and that the lack of Maya of previews means a total lack of Maya in the episode, but she'll probably end up being in it just as much as she was in Ep 6, or maybe it'll be like Sage in Ep 6 but with Maya being in a depressed funk over her situation and not willing to do very much for the next week.

Not necessarily. Maya's family lives near B&R. If her dad did yank her out of college, it's possible the MC (and Josy) could try to sneak by and visit Maya off campus. In that case, DPC might want to avoid spoiling it by showing Maya in an unfamiliar background.



I think it's more likely she remains a student, but it's worth considering other possibilities.

DPC definitely clarified one option regarding Josy/Maya/MC in EP4. Whether the player wants to stay in a Romantic or Friendly relationship with Josy and Maya.

Therefore, I assume that DPC will open the solo paths for Josy and Maya in a friendly relationship with the MC. Then the interpreatation of Josy's preview that she is drifting in the pool might make sense, as she will consider whether she is fighting for Maya or just for the MC.

If the three are in a romantic relationship, Josy or Maya will have to move out. Maybe Josy will go to the HOT's, but I think that might be short term.I have a strong hunch that either Josy or Maya will stay at the MC longer term. Maya brings this up at the MC Biblitohek cleaning itself, that the room is big enough for two people. Maya also mentioned that she would like to try the pancakes from the MC. Jamie says to MC that the rule is not always followed. MC is also respected and appreciated by all DIKs. At the end of EP6, the MC says that he will come up with something. The beautiful artwork of Maya in MC DIK jacket shows a large bookshelf in the background. However, there could be problems with two DIK brothers. Derek and Tommy might be against it. With Derek, his protector instinct could be a hindrance to Maya. With Tommy, we all know what the problem is. Nail polish!?

You're just wrong. There's no other way to say it. If you have already been slapped then punching in retaliation is not self-defense. It's assault and battery. If someone goes to slap you and you knock their hand away that's self-defense.

In Germany, this is clarified in the law of self-defense as follows. A person may only defend himself in a reasonable manner. This means that the MC Tybalt may only slap. Consequently, the fist punch from the MC would be an inappropriate reaction. That would let the victim become the perpetrator in the German law.

Since we do not know from which country DPC comes, it is pure speculation which laws are applied in this case.

Fairly sure that Aggravated Assault is when someone uses a weapon to assault or to assault with clear intent to kill or rape or something super serious. Not responding to assault with your own assault.

Yeah, legally you allowed to respond up to point of eliminating the threat to yourself. That's self defense. So yeah, you can deck someone who slapped you. If they keep coming, you can keep fighting. If they stop and you keep going, that's assault.

You and your brother would be arrested for unauthorized possession of weapons, openly carrying weapons, threatening a person with weapons and deprivation of liberty. This would have criminal consequences. The father of the thief would be prosecuted for trespassing on private property. The stabbing with the finger would be dropped criminally and civilly, because of insignificance. And the father's son would be criminally convicted of theft and selling stolen property.

But there will never be a trial, what does Tybalt gain even if he wins? He loses any chance with Jill which is all he cares about. Blackmailers don't want their threats to come true, otherwise they lose all power.

in order to talk about self-defence, the danger you are in must be evident, it is not enough to have been subjected to an 'assault', otherwise it would be an eye for an eye at every disagreement.

then there are differences from country to country, but the general line is that they are in danger and therefore they are authorised to use violence to protect their own safety.

In your case, you and your brother would be Tybalt and the other guy would be the MC. The guy broke into your property and tried to steal something, you and your brother came out with weapons (the threat would be that, like the slap) and it was very foolish of him to want to touch you (that would be the MC's punch).

In my country, an investigation would be opened, but normally it is closed without trial, unless in some way an attempt is made to force premeditation or malice aforethought.

permits for weapons, weapons laid down upon police arrival. right to protect property from tresspassers. but oddly enuff its illegal to detain persons against thier will. the cops made it clear that blocking his vehicles escape, and preventing him to flee, was illegal detainment. brdering on illegal imprisonment. but yeah lot of things slid by that day. father refused to press charges on his son, we refused to press charges on grand theft. as for the assault. that charge was provided by the cops, so its up to them.
