My theory is this:

Both Lynette and Lana are dead. So very dead. Jill and MC have no blood or non-blood familial bond. All safe for landing. Neil is MC's dad. MC's grandfather is a man without a proper heir. Endgame will revolve around recruiting MC into his maternal family. Choice dependent.

Yes, I know. I was outlining why there were reasons to believe she was dead beyond Jill thinking she was dead. Same with Lynette. MC and Jill both believe they are dead, since they have been told that. MC has taken his Dad’s word for it, and got his inheritance. Jill could have taken her parents word for it, however as I said she would have been old enough to attend the funeral and has something of her sisters.

For clearly easily explain, DIK route is what you want your character become a Chad, doing things bad boy do, fuck all the girl and become dad of their child

Chick route if you want your character become a loser, didn't dare to check the girl in front of them, didn't dare to swearing in front of Teacher, go to sleep at 10 PM, text your dad everyday and obey to Adult like a good kid. Well, fortunately this game is mercy enough to help you fuck the girl even in Chick route, like Jill for example, not all the girl, but what do you expect in this route? In real life become a Chick not lead you to anywhere.
